ZillowVERIFIED Where do I begin to tell you about our experience with our Realtor Ben (Esposito Realty Group) and his team? From the point of first contact, Ben was extremely prepared and a go getter. A couple days before our meeting with him to discuss the potential sale of our home he had already done his homework and had his associate drop off a market analysis as well as his sale plan. When he showed up to our house, we were impressed with his confidence. While he was very confident in what he could do for us, he wasn't arrogant or overly pushy. We felt an immediate connection with him and knew within a few minutes of talking that we were going to list our home with him.He put our house on the market on a Thursday and by Sunday we had had over 10 showings! By Monday afternoon we had 5 offers on the table, 3 of which were over asking price. We knew he had done a lot of work prior to officially listing it, and it paid off.We ran into a few snags in the sale process that were completely unforeseeable and beyond his control, but he never once flinched. He accepted the challenges and charged forward without any adverse effects to us. As worrisome as it was to us at times, he always assured us that it would work out and it did. Ben and Emily were always just a call, text or email away. Ben also helped us with our home purchase. Both he and Mike went all over with us in our search for the perfect home. Never once did either of them try to push us to buy a house just so they could get the sale; it was the complete opposite. Ben knew what we wanted more than we did and he didn't want us to "settle" for a house simply because we needed to find something fast to avoid being displaced for too long. After looking at multiple homes, we finally found "the one." Ben and Emily were with us every step of the way in both the sale and purchase and helped make everything go smoothly. They made sure nothing was overlooked...if it wasn't for Emily mentioning the electric service, we wouldn't have had electricity when we moved in! One of the most important things and I almost forgot! LOLOur communication with Ben didn't stop after the purchase. He called us over the weekend to see how things were going and to ask if we needed help with anything. He checked in again a week later and told us to reach out if he could be of assistance. Ben and his team are worth their weight in gold! This was our 6th time buying/selling a home and it was by far the best experience. Not only is Ben a phenomenal Realtor, but a great, caring human being. He was truly invested in us as individuals rather than dollar signs. His personality, ability to find the humor in less than ideal situations, confidence and drive to succeed set him apart from your "typical" Realtors. We are so glad that we found him because not only did we find a Realtor for our future needs (hopefully in the very distant future lol), but we gained a great friend in the process.
