Drove 45 minutes to see the home and no one ever showed. I emailed to complain and he chose not to respond at all. Highly recommend avoiding this realtor.

Originally we contacted an agent that had several listings in the area we were interested in. Unfortunately, we were not impressed with her. I then found Ben since he had a listing in the area as well. When I called he was out of town but his assistant helped me and conveyed the information to Ben. She was extremely professional. Ben contacted me shortly thereafter and made some recommendations. He then arranged several showings and my wife and I decided on one home in particular. Ben advised us on what was a good starting offer and guided us through the various offers and counter-offers until we closed the deal. The price was substantially lower than we expected. Ben also helped me find a commercial location at a very good price. If you want an honest, professional who will work for you, Ben is your man. His office staff is great as well.
