She was an incredible advocate for us during the offer phase and negotiations, and just really made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We had a really complicated closing process on a new build where we were back and forth with the builder and the city for weeks. Closing was pushed back multiple times, and she was such a solid, reassuring presence for us. She bent over backwards to get the closing done, even taking on some of the seller's agents' tasks to try and move the process along. She also forewent a selling agent's bonus so that we could get a better deal in negotiations. Stephanie went above and beyond and we highly, highly recommend working with her.
