As first-time home buyers, we had an excellent experience with Stephanie Workman. She was extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered our endless (and sometimes repeated) questions. If there was something she didnt know, she was quick to find answers. She also pointed out details and red flags we never would have thought about on our own. During negotiations, we felt comfortable knowing Stephanie had our backs and was always looking out for us. She also made the closing process much easier by providing a list of tried-and-true contacts, including lenders, inspectors, and lawyers. She was always responsive via text or phone and readily available on short notice. She also has a lovely personality and will give it to you straight, which we truly appreciated. We searched for the right home for 11 months and never felt pressured or rushed. Throughout the process, Stephanie was patient, understanding, and reassuring. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

Stephanie was INCREDIBLE!! We are first time homebuyers, and Stephanie made such a complicated and overwhelming process so easy to understand and go through for us. Plus she helped us find a home we LOVE in a matter of weeks! She was an incredible advocate for us during the offer phase and negotiations, and just really made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We had a really complicated closing process on a new build where we were back and forth with the builder and the city for weeks. Closing was pushed back multiple times, and she was such a solid, reassuring presence for us. She bent over backwards to get the closing done, even taking on some of the seller's agents' tasks to try and move the process along. She also forewent a selling agent's bonus so that we could get a better deal in negotiations. Stephanie went above and beyond and we highly, highly recommend working with her.
