In our opinion, his unprofessional conduct contributed to the loss of a potential buyer for our home, as buyers refused to work with him due to his behavior, causing us significant financial harm. We also believe he failed to uphold the terms of our listing agreement and has refused to allow us to terminate the contract despite these issues. This lack of professionalism and accountability completely broke our trust. We strongly recommend choosing a different realtor who prioritizes client needs and conducts themselves professionally.

ZillowVERIFIED If you follow one piece of advice from the internet, let it be to use Ben as your realtor. He made what could have been an incredibly stressful process not only easy, but fun. He answered every phone call, text, smoke signal, etc quickly and honestly. If I wanted to see a house I was walking through it within hours. He was so responsive and helpful in finding me exactly what I wanted in my first home. I was especially impressed by the fact that I never once felt pressured to buy. When we first spoke he told me we'd walk through as many houses as we needed to to find the right house, and he meant it. I turned down multiple houses that were fine houses, they just weren't *my* house and I cringed to say no each time. However, he never once seemed irritated by my decision. Instead he would tell me he didn't want me to say yes to the wrong house. He assured me the right one was out there and that we'd find it. I worked with another realtor before switching to Ben and believe me when I say, that's not always the reaction you get!Ben works hard and there's no question that he has a lot of clients. My home was certainly not a high dollar sale for him, and I'm sure he didn't get rich from helping me, but I never once felt like I was less important than his bigger clients. When he says he wants you to find the right house, he means it and will work with you until it happens. Seriously, go with him. You'll be so glad you did.

Because of the distance, we really needed someone we could count on to not only sell our property but basically manage it through to closing . Ben did such a GREAT job with every phase and kept us constantly informed. He never once failed to answer a phone call, text or e-mail (even while on vacation) which definitely helped alleviate a lot of stress being so far away! As a seller, he got us a price two other Lincoln real estate companies could not; they wasted over 5 months - he sold our house in 2 1/2 weeks - do the math!! He was 100% supportive of us as sellers and negotiated some terms we had not thought of. Ben has such a kind personality, was ALWAYS respectful, is very detail oriented and overall fun to work with! Included lots of networking with a variety contractors to help me make numerous minor repairs to prepare the house for showing. Also helped find temporary apartment for me until I can find permanent housing.Ben was also my agent for the purchase of a home a few months after this sale. I looked at a lot of houses and Ben was always available for showings and was exceedingly patient with me and upbeat as I tried to find the best home for me. He is very knowledgeable, but if he didn't know the answer to my question he seemed to always know somebody that did. My occupation requires a tremendous amount of time and attention. There were many little things that Ben arranged or took care of that allowed me to continue to respond to the demands of my work.
