If the only result you?re looking for is to sell or buy a home she?s ok. If you want to be kept informed in a timely manner you won?t get that. I understand that?s our opinion but this is how we felt.

ZillowVERIFIED Belle was very patient with our examination of a historic home we wanted to purchase in her market area. Unfortunately, the 1854 home went under contract quickly and appears to have either sold or been taken off the market. It will take us some time to complete what we must do first to our current home to put on the market to sell in order to be ready to purchase. Hopefully, Belle will find another equally wonderful home for us in that area.

She was very professional and I would definately use her again. As a matter of fact he decided to wait till spring to sell and I know she is the one that will finish the job for him. ZillowVERIFIED I was purchasing property, the day before we were supposed to close, the finance details changed drastically. Belle was able to keep everything on track even the appointment at the title company. Belle is such a pro, she knows every aspect of realty. I will never do another property deal with out her. My only regret is that I didn't know her a few years earlier. There are a lot of realtors in the Hillsdale area, I have not met any with Belle's ethics, knowledge and professionalism.
