ZillowVERIFIEDI really can't speak highly enough about the experience I had selling my home with Belinda. She was professional, knew the market, and guided me through every step of the process. She had contacts to help with getting the house ready to list, helped me to prioritize what needed to be done, and was pragmatic about what was not important for me to do. Thanks to her compelling listing, we had multiple competing offers in less than 24 hours. I would absolutely recommend Belinda to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area. She will look out for your best interests and will not steer you wrong. Trusting Belinda with the sale of my home was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

ZillowVERIFIED She is a great realtor. She's dedicated and won't stop until she helps you find exactly what you're looking for. She won't hesitate to tell you what you need to hear instead of just telling you what sounds good in order to get a sale. I'm as indecisive as they come and it took roughly 2 years of her having patience with me but we finally got it done and I couldn't be happier.

ZillowVERIFIED Belinda is a joy to work with. She really impressed me with her knowledge of the real estate market in Lafayette and all the nuances of buying a house. She was always there when we had questions or wanted to see a house, and we saw at least a dozen all over central Indiana. She gave us great advice and we got the house we really wanted for under asking price. It was refreshing to work with an agent that knows her craft so well and is easy to spend time with. I would not hesitate to call her again next time I need to move. Best agent I have ever worked with by far!

ZillowVERIFIED Belinda was recommended to me by someone I trust and they were spot on! Belinda is wonderful - she knows her industry and helped me get way over asking price for my home. Belinda was nothing short of a joy to work with and she was very good at calming my nerves as selling my house felt stressful - but wasn't because I had Belinda in my corner! If and/or when the time comes to sell my new house (she was our realtor for that transaction too), I won't call anyone else. Belinda is my realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Belinda went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. In this crazy market, theres no way we could have managed the sale of our house on our own and sold it for the price we did. We highly recommend Belinda!

ZillowVERIFIED Belinda is a top notch realtor!! We had an opportunity come up and needed to get the house on the market ASAP! It was less then 2 weeks from the time we contacted her to when the house sold. It sold on the first day and above listing price. We definitely couldnt have done it with out her. She was our rock all the way through the process!!

ZillowVERIFIED I'm proud and happy to recommend Belinda as an agent. We were moving from Michigan and looked all across the state of Indiana. Belinda was there with us every step of the way, and went out of her way to accommodate anything we needed. She's a true professional with a great personality and attitude. Sale is over and we're still proud to call her our friend. Eric & Deanna

ZillowVERIFIED Belinda and her partner, Julie, were incredibly helpful in our home buying experience. Due to COVID-19, we were unable to come to the area and visit homes in person. Belinda and Julie took us on video tours and were able to find answers to all our questions, ultimately helping us find the perfect home. They were very professional and responsive throughout the process and made buying our first home an easier process than we ever could have imagined.

ZillowVERIFIED Such a sweet lady, on top of everything and always answers any questions I have. She knows what she is talking about and studies everything about a home before she shows it to make sure she can answer them correctly. Best realtor I have worked with
