ZillowVERIFIED I decided to work with Belinda because she is a lifelong local, and I am very happy with my decision. Not only does Belinda bring experience and expertise, she is very smart and a great negotiator, also pro-active and fun. Communication between all involved could not have been better. She also had local contacts for the mortgage and insurance I needed (and they get 5 star reviews as well). Belinda will be helping me buy some additional properties soon, I could not imagine using another agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Ive had pleasure of being both a buyer and a seller with Belinda. Almost 10 years ago, Belinda was recommended by a VA/Veteran lender. She was patient and helped me make a great decision back when I moved to St. Augustine. One of the great things you get with Belinda, is she knows everyone. Ten years ago, she helped me find my landscaper, (who still takes care of the yard to this day) my pool builder was recommended by Belinda as well. So, when it came time to sell this home 10 years later we called Belinda. She was upfront and honest about the current market. She marketed our home, open houses, etcaEUR| she really worked it in a tough market. Belinda did a lot of things behind the scenes to make the process easy and less stressful. She negotiated on our behalf to get the top dollar for our property and we arrived at a figure we were happy with. Belinda even helped find us a reliable mover and they were great as well. So, if youre moving to the St. Augustine, St.johns County or the Northeast Florida area and you dont call or use Belinda Ravan, youre making a huge mistake on one of the biggest purchases youll make. So call Belinda, use her as your realtor and when its all done youll call her a friend like we do. A True Professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Belinda exceeded all our expectations as our realtor, and I cant recommend her highly enough! Throughout the entire process of selling our property , she demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication. Not only did she handle all the typical realtor responsibilities with finesses, but she also took extra steps to ensure the property remained in the top shape. She regularly checked on the property since we lived far from the property, making sure everything was in order. Thanks to her proactive approach and guidance, we successfully sold our property hassle- free, if you are in need of a professional realtor who truly goes above and beyond , look no further than Belinda, she simply the best !

ZillowVERIFIED While living in California, we decided to buy a house in St Augustine, FL and absolutely could not have done it without Belinda Ravan. She's extremely knowledgable about the area and expertly guided us through the whole process. She was always patient with our lack of familiarity with the region (and local wildlife!) while being supportive of the direction we chose to take. Text responses were always quick and responsive, even with the time difference. Great experience, overall.

ZillowVERIFIED My mom lived in Florida, I'm in California. Mom passed in November and we were faced with the dilemma of selling Mom's house from across the country. Prior to selling the house we had to clear it of its belongings and get it ready to sell. We called several property management companies trying to find someone to care for the house prior to its sale. At the same time we were looking for a realtor. We found Belinda on a For Sale Sign four houses down from Mom's house. When we spoke to Belinda she said she could care for the house until we were ready to sell. Not only was she willing to do weekly house checks that we wanted, she was doing it free of charge so she could list the house when we were ready to sell. Every week Belinda stopped by the house to make sure all was in order and there were no areas of concern. She did a quick video through the house and sent it to us so we'd have extra peace of mind. Belinda recommended a few measures to keep the house such as turning the water/water heater off and checking the mail for us. She saw a broken sprinkler and worn fence posts - both of which she facilitated the repair of. She also recommended that the roof be replaced prior to the sale. She had the roof evaluated and suggested we file a hail damage claim that would help with the roof replacement costs. Belinda took care of the house for us for 5 months. In April, prior to us returning to the house, Belinda turned the hot water heater back on for us. Unfortunately an electrical issue surfaced that made the hot water heater impossible to turn back on. Belinda had this fixed prior to our arrival so we would be comfortable upon our return. She has a vast network of contacts who are ready to work with her.Belinda listed the home for us mid April. With only one day to work with Belinda staged the home beautifully and made a video that made us say wow at how nice the house looked. We received multiple offers, over asking price, on the first night the house was listed. Belinda helped us work through the offers, explaining the pros/cons of each. Through the next month she continued to provide us service that was above and beyond while we were in California.Belinda is a true professional. Not only is she a very kind person, she is trustworthy and her follow through is impeccable. She was a true partner to us during our lengthy transaction. We would highly recommend Belinda to anyone.
