What I really do appreciate is Belinda goes out of her way to help maintaining the property after it is sold - I happen to live 500 miles away most of the time and its a big deal for me. And she doesnt push you into making decisions, like a lot of other agents do. Highly recommend. Seems like being a RE agent is her thing,shes good at it.
