Belinda was extremely knowledgeable about the market as well as homes in general. ZillowVERIFIED Belinda asked me to review my experience with her. I would have to give her an A+. We only talked one time over the phone. I had 2 homes picked out I wanted to see. When I told her just the basics of what I was looking for & gave her the 2 addresses I wanted to look at. She stated, those homes would may not fit as well as the the home she wanted to show me. She truly has excellent ability to read people & their wants and needs. She scheduled the home she recommended along with the other 2 homes I had found. We ended up canceling the showing for the 2 homes I picked. after seeing the home she recommended for me. It was exactly what I wanted. Even better was my commute to work & back! She assisted with answering questions about how to get pre-approved and what our next steps would be afterwards. She was very helpful when it came to negotiating the price of the home.
