FAQ
The first step is to get pre-approved, to know the price range to be searching in
Marketing is key, when you use a Realtor they will bring you Qualified buyers and make the process so much simpler!
Seller's, Buyers, People looking for Foreclosures as well as high-end homes! I enjoy working with everyone!
My client really wanted a foreclosure home that he could flip and sell. I had searched strenuously, talked with my Office and Broker, and nothing had come up that he was interested in. I kept looking and finally found it! The perfect fixer-up home, in a great location and EXACTLY what he was looking for! We were in a multiple offer situation, and won!
The best part about everything is that my clients were extremely happy and found the Perfect home, I just loved being able to help them start the next chapter of their lives!
I wanted a career that was challenging, involved helping other people, and that I was able to use my Degree in! Real Estate is all of that. I really enjoy meeting new people and hearing their story. Building a life-long relationship and friendship with them.
I have been a Server and Manager for many years. I've completed several Customer Service and Sales training's. I have dealt with all sorts of people in all kinds of different situations and because of that I know how to communicate, and negotiate effectively what my clients want!
