Becky was an excellent agent. We would gladly use her again. She was honest in her dealings with us and always very prepared. We called her about 11 a.m. one morning to interview her, she came to our house at 7 p.m. with a full on plan on what our house was worth and what she would do to sell it. Becky was also easy to get a hold of. If she wasn't available, she would return calls in a timely manner. ( Talking to others, who also recently bought or sold, this is very important). We also had her show us different houses that we considered buying. She always had a print off of each house and done a full analysis of what the home was actually worth so that we could negotiate properly. We loved that she always seemed to go the extra mile.

We were very pleased with Becky. Although finding a home was a long process for us, Becky never gave up. She was very flexible in appointments and accomodating to our needs. She also provided us with the knowledge and expertise needed to sell our house in Idaho while purchasing another here in Utah. I would highly recommend her if you need to sell your home or are looking to purchase one.

We loved working with Becky. Although our search for a home was a long one, she was so patient and helpful. She was very proactive in setting appointments for showings as well as presenting properties to us that we might have overlooked. One thing we particularly appreciated was that she didn't pressure us on what we felt comfortable spending. Even though our search brought her many miles from her regular service area, she was diligent in keeping up on the market and information in our area. We recommend her to everyone we know.

We found Becky to be professional and highly informed on real estate issues and practices. She got our home sold in a timely manner at the right price in a down market. She made excellent recommendations on what we needed to do to prepare our home for sale and provided professional videography and photography to be posted online. In finding our new home she learned what our expectations were and helped us acquire the home of our dreams. We enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her. The Wilson's

When I had to sell my home Becky came to my rescue. She is very knowledgable, honest and saved me from a foreclosure at the height of the recession when the prices dropped. Becky also has excellent contacts for other real estate needs involving a sale and she is a very sweet lady. I highly recommend her.

Becky was able to sell our home without requiring a lot from us. My husband had cancer at the time we were selling our home and she made it a very easy experience for us in a very difficult time. She is a great person and I would use her again for my real estate needs.
