We bought a home through Becky in 2017 and knew immediately that when we were ready to list our other house for sale that she would definitely be the agent for us. She listed our home Nov. 2018, and we closed by the beginning of Feb. 2019 - just like that!! Through both transactions, she was always available and answered any and all of what seemed like 101 questions I had. Hopefully, we are in our "forever home", but, if we ever decided to sell again, we would call Becky for sure!!

ZillowVERIFIED It took multiple attempts to finally get information/help from Becky, not only from me but from the other agent as well, and she was unwilling to help/fight for me like an agent should. I was brand new to home-buying, and I didn't get much advice or help from her, but I was blamed by her when things didn't go well. Overall, I can see that she is a nice person, but although her KC Ranking high, I don't think that reflects everything because her customer service could definitely use some work. I would not recommend her as an agent or a broker to anyone, and can/am willing to provide evidence as to why that is.

We were moving from Korea to the Kansas City area site-unseen and had no idea where to start. Scary. To begin the process, I got on-line and communicated with several area realtors while still in Korea. It was very clear early on that Becky would be our realtor and the person we put our trust into. She provided so much information to us and was very responsive to all my questions. Once we arrived in Kansas City, we picked up where we left off and got together with Becky to start our search! With a daughter transitioning from overseas schools to American High School, our number one priority was the area we'd live in and obviously, the schools. We provided Becky with a very specific list of "must-haves", "nice-to-haves", and "absolutely-do-not-wants"... The next day we were looking at beautiful homes that were exactly what we wanted and in areas where we'd be very comfortable. It wasn't long before we were making an offer, closing, and moving in! I knew immediately when I first found Becky that she was a very professional and highly sought after realtor. I initially feared that she wouldn't be available to provide the personal attention that we wanted.
