About Becky Lipcsak

Many years ago, I decided to leave the Accounting field to pursue a career in Real Estate and have been assisting Buyers and Sellers throughout the Raleigh and surrounding area since 1997. Being a Raleigh native, I have watched this great area grow and change immensely over the years and can give you the "insider's knowledge" of my hometown. These years of selling Real Estate have given me a strong base of experience and success that I can put to work for my clients. I challenge myself every day to stay on top of this changing environment by knowing what is happening in my current market at all times. Then I can provide to my clients the experience and knowledge that will help them reach their real estate goals. While I assist clients throughout the Triangle area, I live in Wendell and love to introduce newcomers and even residents to the great potential of eastern Wake County. The growth and still booming potential in Wendell, Knightdale, Clayton and the eastern communities of Raleigh are really exciting with affordable housing, innovative new construction and easy access to Downtown Raleigh as well as the rest of the Triangle. Three years ago, I decided to expand my area to the NC Crystal Coast. I have vacationed in this area all my life and just love it there! I have helped many clients buy vacation homes and investment properties. My company, Coldwell Banker Advantage, and I pride ourselves on the service we give our clients.
