ZillowVERIFIED Becky goes the extra mile to sell your property. She knows what the house needs to sell it and then markets it like crazy. My house had been listed with another agent and hadn't sold, and after she addressed the updates that needed to be done, she got the appropriate people in to make the fixes. Once the house went back on the market, she held two open houses every weekend, always with a freshly baked pie in the oven. Consequently, I had an offer within three weeks. After the offer and inspection, Becky took care of getting the appropriate professionals in to make the necessary repairs. From the outset, Becky told me she would make this experience as stress free as possible and that is exactly what she did. She literally took care of everything and kept me informed every step of the way. She is a consummate professional and I would recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a home.

She worked very hard to negotiate the best price for us. She got some items repaired in the house for us and an extra $15k off the asking price. I'd highly recommend her services. P.S. she'll even answer her phone in the middle of the night(I work nights).

She was available around my crazy schedule; early mornings and sometimes late nights. Becky is very professional and quick to the point. She points out the good and the bad with homes you look at to make sure you know what youre getting yourself into. I have given her name out to multiple people for future use! After a chance meeting in a nail salon, I was very impressed with Becky. And my gut feeling did not disappoint. I have bought and sold numerous homes and dealt with a variety of agents. But I can honestly say that Becky surpassed them all. She is dedicated to her craft! When showing me homes, she was as vested in my search results as I was, checked on details when looking at homes that I did not think of, and dotted more I's and crossed more T's than I have ever seen before. While every agent seems to say "You can have that painted" or That's an easy fix" when showing you homes, Becky would literally contact vendors that she works with and get me bids on what it would take to make repairs -- during the bidding process. But it didn't stop there...I have purchased a house and she is now helping me sell my old villa. Today she successfully connected me with someone who could replace my old garage door opener at a very reasonable rate. Becky is a class act, very career driven, and cares for her clients! I would NOT hesitate in recommending her to others.

ZillowVERIFIED Becky Harper has to be THE BEST realtor in Kansas City, if not the entire country. My husband and I are going through a difficult move. We, really me. We having been storing my grown kids aEURoestuffaEUR? as they have no room, have things from my parents who have passed away. What was I thinking? I have so much stuff, clothing, shoes, food, spices! You name it, I have it! We are moving from a large 5 bedroom home to a 3 bedroom apartment! Not easy at all! Now to explain my above story. I was practically having a breakdown, as Becky sold our home in 1 week and we have to be out in 3 weeks!!! She has held our hands, cried with us, helped us with EVERY aspect of the move and MORE.
