Even after closing the deal i asked a number of questions and he always replied very quickly. He is the best. I strongly recommend him. But i would like to give a suggestion to Garcia group that after closing the deal when it's time to handover the Key of home, give it with a gift. Just to make a memory. ZillowVERIFIED I couldn't speak highly enough of my experience working with Kelly Gunther of the Becky Garcia Group. She really took ownership of our home-buying process from start to finish and LISTENED to what we needed, and delivered. With homes going so fast in the valley, it was a real challenge to find a home that was actually available; for instance, one day we marked 6 homes to view in person the following day, and by the next morning, 3 of the 6 homes had been taken off of the market. We looked at the 3 remaining homes and with the extra time we had, she went and showed us a 4th that became available (one that we hadn't reviewed the day before), and sure enough, THAT was the home we ended up closing on. It was great that she knew enough about what we were looking so that she could show us our dream home without us knowing a single thing about it before showing up in person. We had a very tight timeline-1 month to be out of our townhouse, and she moved extremely quickly (and on thanksgiving eve/day) to make sure we could see our house and then put an offer in before the seller had to decide on another offer. She made sure the process between the accepted offer and closing was straightforward and easy. As new home buyers, she was able to help us navigate the moving pieces and it made things so much less overwhelming. She was always responsive, easy to work with, and so kind. I have no intention of moving from our dream house, but if/when we do decide to move, I will definitely be using Nicole again.
