We were really concerned that we would be unable to sell the property, or that the offer values would drop significantly. They got things photographed and listed right away, found and managed contractors for some of our maintenance/improvement requests, and then found a buyer that closed within three weeks of listing! This is the second property that Kim and Becky have handled for us in the last two years, and we are grateful for their professionalism, how quickly and seamlessly they get things done, and their expertise in helping us show and sell our properties quickly and smoothly!

I choose Kim and Becky due to their energy and confidence that they could sell my house quickly. every step of the way they kept me informed at all times. I had a landscaping project to get the house looking great. they were able to handle meeting with and making sure that the landscaping happened properly. Kim and Becky were a great team and had an offer to me within 2-3weeks. they help me negotiate the contract process and get the price and the details that I wanted. I was able to get the house sold quicker than i thought it would. they managed open houses and showing as well as getting a project of 3 around the house completed. All of this while i was out of the country. I signed up with Kim Carlson and Becky Blair the day before I left the USA. They handled everything for me while i was gone. ZillowVERIFIED I would not recommend either one of them. I cold called asking to look at their listing. It was clear neither was motivated to show it they asked me a series of questions; prequalified, working with agent, timeframe to purchase...yes some standard but this was beyond that. When I explained I dimly wanted to see the property to have an idea on floor plans before serious looks in 6 months they both told me there was no need to show me the property as it would not be available in 6 months. Funny but sad for seller it's been 5 months now and that property is still listed. I'm now prequalified, with an agent, buying my third home with $250k income. I wouldn't look at any of their listings even if the property interests me simply based on this experience.

I originally planned to purchase a home but my plans changed at the last minute, so I wanted to rent/lease instead. Kim and Becky hardly took a breath before they had changed gears and were working on the new direction. Within minutes they had a list of available places, were narrowing it down to suit my needs, and were setting up viewings for the properties. They are fast, adapt on the fly, and are laser focused on getting the results the client wants and needs. The only thing that could have made it better is if they could have gotten it for me for free. Yup, it is a real world and that wasn't going to happen. Of course, I didn't ask for it to be free. Hmm, maybe I should have! They might have found a way! They are that good!
