With Becki Ashby as our Realtor we benefited by her professionalism and knowledge of all things realty.We settled on a plan to build our new house and Becki found us the perfect lot. ZillowVERIFIED Becki Ashby was first recommended to us a couple of years ago, by a friend who said she sold 2 houses for him quickly. So I researched her, and saw all 5-star reviews, all saying glowing things about her. I thought they were fake reviews, too good to be true, so we used another realtor. Our house didnt sell for 10 months. We ended up renting the house for a year.When the year was up, we called Becki, interviewed her, and hired her to represent us.All I can say is aEUR" all those 5-star reviews are NOT fake! 1. She does her research before you even hire her. She does a pretty thorough analysis and recommends the price she thinks the house will sell. In our case, she was a little too optimistic, but not terribly so.2. She is always available. It seems like she never sleeps. She answers texts almost immediately, she picks up the phone when you call or she calls you back quickly if you leave a message.3. She knows people. Need a roofer, plumber, etc? Need someone to check something out and give an honest opinion? She has people and she will make the calls for you.4. She works hard during the negotiations. We had some difficult negotiations with our buyer, and she was side-by-side with us through the whole thing. There were days when we got more than a dozen texts from her (usually starting at 7am! One was even at 4am, on the day of the closing.)5. She is strong in giving her opinions but she also listens. I am a pretty experienced negotiator, and there were times she thought I was being too hard line (I turned out to be right). She was willing to honestly tell me what she thought, which I appreciated, but once I made a decision, she got behind it, even if it was not what she recommended.6. She is proactive on making sure things get done when they need to be done. I never had to chase her.Bottom line aEUR" I would highly recommend Becki to anyone selling a house.

Becki was very instrumental in assisting with picking out new carpet, recommending improvements and setting up house for sale. We closed on the house 1 month later and as usual, everything went very smoothly. Becki knows her stuff and if you want results, you will hire her.
