They were very intuitive on the market and what it was doing in order to price our house for sale at an attractive price that drove in buyers. Their knowledge of the local market helped make sure that the home was showing a lot! We were able to get an offer in under the average time and get a deal signed quickly. The home was a little older, and required some repairs to be completed after the inspection. Next Home Realty was able to contact contractors that finished the work in a quick and timely matter in order to be sure the signed deal went through, and both the buyer and seller were content with the final product and outcomes. Thank you so much, we will absolutely use these gals again for any future real estate transaction!
