ZillowVERIFIED Even though I am a first time homebuyer with a limited budget, I was treated like family. Beau went above and beyond during every step of the process. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful about every aspect of buying and selling a home, well beyond what most realtors could offer. I started out my journey figuring I would end up renting due to the current housing market, and ended up closing on a home that meets all of my needs, for less than the cost of renting. I highly recommend Beau and Elements Realty!

ZillowVERIFIED Beau was a major factor in me offering what I could afford to what we could ultimately win the offer at on my very first home! His expertise is unmatched and faith that it would all work out after I was losing it. Oh and not to mention answering ALL of my endless questions and concerns. Second guessing myself but we got to the finish line!!! THANK YOU BEAU!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Beau is a consummate professional who was fantastic every step of the way. We were first time home buyers and he helped walk us through what is a pretty complex process with patience and knowledge gained from years of experience in the industry. He came highly recommended from a good friend and co-worker and we plan to work with him again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Beau was recommended to us by another one of his clients. He did an outstanding job! He kept us up to date with listings that were in our range, and was extremely willing to help with anything we needed! I felt really confident looking at his recommendations. He was very knowledgeable about any of the areas we asked about! This was our first home buying experience and Beau really led us and worked for us during the contracting and closing processes. He made the overwhelming process seem much more manageable. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and we plan to use his services in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Beau is one of my favorite people, period. He's an enthusiastic, kind and caring person that works very hard to satisfy the buyers wants/needs. He worked tirelessly for us on our long search for a bigger home (due to expanding family) in the height of the housing market craze. The home we ended up buying was because Beau negotiated with the listing agent and got us into the house early. Now we are in our dream house and its all thanks to Beau!

ZillowVERIFIED From the very beginning of the home buying process, Beau was professional, informative and completely trustworthy. His experience and knowledge of the markets and industry helped us to get our offer to stand out and be accepted in a very competitive market. The entire process was smooth and very low stress. I put my trust in him to handle the transaction side of things so that I could focus on my family and plan for the future. I would strongly recommend Beau Mitcham and Elements Reality to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I would 100 percent recommend Beau. He was both my selling agent and helped me buy my dream home. He helped me get my condo ready to get the best price possible and helped me to secure the house of my dreams without going above what I was comfortable doing. He responds in a timely manner, is great at his job and just a genuine all around great person and realtor. If I ever move again, I will definitely be using him.

ZillowVERIFIED Beau worked with me so well during the purchase of my first home that not only did he sell and purchase my next home with me but also did the same for several members of my family. Looking for a knowledgeable guy who will not sugar coat anything and will represent you fairly; then Beau is your guy!

ZillowVERIFIED Beau and Elements Realty made my FIRST-time home buying experience painless. He was able to provide a wide variety of contacts for mortgage lenders and home inspectors. He knew the area very well and understood what the market value of homes were, regardless of their price tags. He was able to get me into MY home in less than 60 days! He made buying a foreclosure through Fanny May look like another day on the golf course. I would recommend Beau and Elements Realty to everyone.
