Beatriz Pereira

A native to South Florida, growing up in Miami Lakes. Beatriz earned a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the University of Florida through New World School of the Arts where she studied Vocal Performance. While still in college she found an interest in the real estate industry and has held a license since 2003. Coming from a large Cuban American family who make any excuse to celebrate and spend time together, Beatriz understands the importance of family unity and recognizes it begins in the home. She enjoys going to the theater with her husband and two children, as well as giving back to my community. Beatriz has been a Type I Diabetic since 2009 and although it's a challenging disease she views each day as an opportunity to be better, do better and feel better. Participating in philanthropic events to find a cure, allow her to do her part! Beatriz strives to help those in Miami Dade and Broward county who want to build a life for their family by providing a real connection as if they were her own family. She prides herself in excellent customer service. Her background in property management and experience in short sale negotiations as well as her positive- solution based approach and creative expertise, make her a unique and skilled asset to her clients. Especially when buying and selling can be so overwhelming, Beatriz likes to take the time to walk her clients through the real estate process from beginning to end and maintain friendships even after closing. Her knowledge and advise provides the guidance her clients need to make the buying & selling process a smooth transaction. She's known for putting her heart into everything she does and helping her customers build a happy home full of memories!
