ZillowVERIFIEDA VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO MY REALTOR Today, I officially became a HOMEOWNER! And as I sit back and really take in everything that happened to get me to this moment, I have to give a very special and heartfelt THANK YOU to my realtor, Mrs. Beatrice Covington. Mrs. Covington, I honestly dont know if I could have asked for a better person to walk this journey with me and my family. This home-buying process was NOT easy. There were so many moving parts, unexpected obstacles, moments of uncertainty, waiting, paperwork, inspections, negotiations, and plenty of times when I had questions and needed reassurance. But through every single part of it, you continued to show up for me. You didnt just help me find a house. You helped me get HOME. You advocated for me, listened to my concerns, helped me navigate things I didnt always understand, and stood beside me through every step of this process. You celebrated the victories with me and helped me work through the stressful moments too. And when things got complicated, you didnt disappear. You stayed. That means more to me than I can put into words. Today, when I sat at that closing table and realized that I had actually made it to the finish line, I couldnt help but think about all the conversations, phone calls, emails, inspections, negotiations, and moments that led us there. WE MADE IT. Because this wasnt just about buying a house for me. This was about creating stability, security, and a place my children can call HOME. It was about giving my family something that we can build on and make our own. And you played a very important part in helping me make that happen. So Mrs. Covington, from me and my family, THANK YOU. Thank you for your patience. Thank you for your dedication. Thank you for advocating for us. Thank you for answering the million questions. Thank you for helping me stay focused when things got stressful. Thank you for believing in this journey with me. Most importantly, thank you for helping me get to the closing table. Today I have keys in my hand because a dream that once felt so far away became my reality. I will always remember the role you played in helping me and my family get here. Mrs. Beatrice Covington, you are forever a part of our homeownership story and FAMILY With a grateful heart, THANK YOU.

ZillowVERIFIED Beatrice is a master real estate agent. Right way after we met her on our first property tour, it was clear to us that she was on our side and we could trust her. This is really important since this was our first home and we didn't have any experience with this process. When we toured properties, she pointed out defects and issues that we would've missed. When it was time for paper work, she handle all of it for us and explained the buying process in great detail. She negotiated for us to get the seller to cover most of her commission and down payment on the property. I don't see how she could have made this experience any better. When problems did come up, she fought to get those fixed and she got it done. We are very grateful for her.

ZillowVERIFIED We are a military couple that was stationed overseas and as first time home buyers, we had a lot of anxieties and questions regarding the process. Beatrice not only eased our nerves but she made us feel like we were a million dollar buyer. She was attentive, knowledgeable and very personable. She was always in constant communication even with having to deal with us remotely. Shes the type that would go above and beyond as it shows in her hustle and tenacity in getting us into a home. She is a power house! And we are so glad to have chosen her because even with the crazy housing market and the timeline that we had, her hard work led us to find our home.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Beatrice Covington from the Covington Connection! She sold our home and found us our dream home shortly after. She makes deals happen! All info provided to us was up to date and accurate for the current real estate market. We really didnt think we would ever get out of the house we were currently in but Beatrice assured us that she would make it happen and she did. If you are looking to put a house on the market or purchase a house, I would definitely reach out to her or stop by her amazing office!

ZillowVERIFIED Beatrice and Whitney took great care in helping my mom to sell her home in Woodson Terrace. They guided Mom through the process, talking with her about all the home had to offer and its problems too. The Covington team made sure list the home as "coming soon" early to raise interest, and we had multiple offers within hours of it officially being listed as available. Beatrice and Whitney helped us through the inevitable things that came up, and it ended in a successful sale. The selling price was much more than Mom had expected, and the Covington team deserves all the credit!

ZillowVERIFIED The moment you walk into the Covington Connection you can sense the positivity and excellence by the firm's results driven atmosphere. From the beginning of our home journey to the end Mrs. Covington fought tooth and nail to get us what we truly wanted...not what was just in sight. The whole team was awesome, caring and attentive. My family and I are truly blessed to have chosen the right professional for the job....I do not believe for a second that we could have found better assistance elsewhere in attaining our dream home. Not only did she get us the result we desired but her entire team treated us like family...something special really lives at the Covington Connection.

ZillowVERIFIED Beatrice, Whitney, and the Covington Connection Staff took great care of our family's search for a new home. My husband and I were buying a home remotely for my mother, sister, and family to move into. Not only did they show my family numerous homes, but Beatrice put us in touch with lenders and a title company. She provided sound advice, listened to our ideas and concerns, and acted on them. Beatrice helped us through one bidding war - and encouraged us when we lost! She scrambled at the last moment to set everything up when the Title Company realized we would not be in St. Louis for the closing! Beatrice and Whitney were amazing every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIED Beatrice is awesome, I unfortunately had the worst lender experience. Beatrice understood the lending process, and was able to be of great help to me providing her connections through the bank pipelines to get things done. Beatrice went through the mortgage loan trenches with me, her realtor knowledge of the buying process and negotiation skills are all impeccable and helped seal the deal. She did a great job in following up after the sale. She will not disappoint.
