Buying and selling real estate in Key West is a unique experience. Bascom has a wealth of contextual knowledge about Key West and the Florida Keys in general. He knows everybody and everybody knows him. I recently became the Executor of my father's estate after my dad passed away this past November. As the Executor, I was tasked with selling the home he had lived in for 52 years. Bascom and his assistant, Meghan, were most helpful in the marketing and selling of his home in record time.
