ZillowVERIFIEDTL;DR - You're crazy if Bart is not your Realtor for your next real estate transaction. We stumbled across Bart's Facebook page in mid-March after a week or so of unsuccessfully attempting to buy our first home. We picked the wrong Loan Officer, Real Estate agent, and the wrong house. I guess that's part of the experience as a first-time homebuyer, right? During a late-night search, I reached out to Bart via Facebook, looking to do a recon on a home buying program. He emailed and called me first thing the following morning and gave the advice I was looking for, but also took the time to understand what we wanted to accomplish and offered a holistic approach to solving it. We decided to give Bart a try, as we had nothing to lose, and with COVID-19 halting life as we knew it, had plenty of time to figure this out. Bart worked day and night to help us secure a pre-approval and land on the perfect home. After 5 weeks, we were under contract -- and this is where the magic began. Proactively navigating unknown challenges, expectations, and delays are something only professionals with experience can do. And that's exactly the experience Bart provided. He anticipated every turn, entrance, and exit down the purchase highway and applied gas where needed. He pushed when there was a need to ensure his clients were cared for in a fair manner and became a trusted consultant that got us through uncertain and difficult points of the process. We had all but given up. Bart saw a path forward and remained relentless in helping us achieve our dream of becoming homeowners -- something we honestly didn't expect to accomplish in 2020. Consider yourself crazy if Bart is not on your side during your next real estate transaction. We will use Bart for all our real estate decisions going forward, and we enthusiastically recommend him.
ZillowVERIFIEDBart is a great agent! He is quick in getting things done and took all the stress from me by handling all aspects of selling my home. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a competent agent who will get your home sold fast and for a good price.
ZillowVERIFIEDCannot say enough great things about Bart! When he started working with us, we had one thing in mind for where we would move and when. Over the course of time in working with us, we completely changed our minds on where and when we would move. Bart was patient with us and sent us houses to look at on-line as soon as they became available in our targeted areas. Once we finally nailed down all of our needs, including schools boundaries, Bart showed us four houses that fit perfectly our needs. As we narrowed our choices down, he even took us on a second showing to ensure we were making the right choice. In the end, we ended up exactly where we should be! Thank you, Bart, for a great experience and for your time and dedication in getting us in the right house!
ZillowVERIFIEDBart has been a tremendous help for me and my fiancee. He helped us find a home to rent and then helped us find a home to purchase the following year. We were limited on the amount of money we could put down up front and our loan was an FHA. While majority of the people bidding against us were conventional loans with 20% cash down. Bart was amazing at finding us the right home while consistently being in contact with the sellers agent. He knew exactly what they wanted and how to get us what we needed. We are now moved into the new home and couldn't be happier. Bart has made a solid effort in making sure we are comfortable with everything. He even came by on moving day with some goodies and a helping hand. My in-laws are currently using Bart to relocate from Seattle to Georgetown. I have also put him in touch with my father. We will never use a real estate agent in Central Texas unless it is Bart Tracy!
ZillowVERIFIEDBart is a distinguished Agent that is forward and thorough with all parties within the buying process allowing me, the buyer, to be confident in him knowing he has MY best interest at hand. I was so impressed by his attention to detail and how he maintained business that I have him working on another investment property for me!
