ZillowVERIFIEDTL;DR - You're crazy if Bart is not your Realtor for your next real estate transaction. We stumbled across Bart's Facebook page in mid-March after a week or so of unsuccessfully attempting to buy our first home. We picked the wrong Loan Officer, Real Estate agent, and the wrong house. I guess that's part of the experience as a first-time homebuyer, right? During a late-night search, I reached out to Bart via Facebook, looking to do a recon on a home buying program. He emailed and called me first thing the following morning and gave the advice I was looking for, but also took the time to understand what we wanted to accomplish and offered a holistic approach to solving it. We decided to give Bart a try, as we had nothing to lose, and with COVID-19 halting life as we knew it, had plenty of time to figure this out. Bart worked day and night to help us secure a pre-approval and land on the perfect home. After 5 weeks, we were under contract -- and this is where the magic began. Proactively navigating unknown challenges, expectations, and delays are something only professionals with experience can do. And that's exactly the experience Bart provided. He anticipated every turn, entrance, and exit down the purchase highway and applied gas where needed. He pushed when there was a need to ensure his clients were cared for in a fair manner and became a trusted consultant that got us through uncertain and difficult points of the process. We had all but given up. Bart saw a path forward and remained relentless in helping us achieve our dream of becoming homeowners -- something we honestly didn't expect to accomplish in 2020. Consider yourself crazy if Bart is not on your side during your next real estate transaction. We will use Bart for all our real estate decisions going forward, and we enthusiastically recommend him.
