Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Be very selective with who you choose to work with. Working the right REALTOR® can make the difference between a financial loss or gain.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

Recently I help a young woman purchase her first home! It took about a year to find the right one, but our patience paid off and I was able to negotiate an incredible deal for her! She closed with instant equity from day 1, which is rare in this market.

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

I have always enjoyed giving back to people in need of assistance . Throughout my career in the fire service I have always enjoyed helping others and since retirement I found real estate was equally as rewarding.

Q: 6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

As a Broker Associate I have not only the highest education in real estate, I have the experience and resources to share with my customers. I am also a graduate of the Graduate Real Estate Institute where I obtained my GRI designation and I am an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR).

Bart was extremely responsive and professional. Our sale was quick and easy. Even though he was unfamiliar with the Orlando market, he nailed it. Highly recommend Bart.

We know Bart and his family personally. We knew that he is our choice for a real estate agent. Bart is very likeable, easy going, very trustworthy, and posseses a great sense of humor which is a must in a real estate agent. He knew what buyers are looking for, and he made suggestions on how to stage a home. He even set up professional pictures taken, and virtual tours of our home. Needless to say, we got a contract on the house in only 14 days! Overall, we are very happy with the experience and the end result of the sale of our home. His top notch professionalism and attention to details are commendable!

Bart was very professional, very responsive to all my questions, provided details that were very relevant to our listing, and most importantly he was very trusting and honest in his assessment of the property. I would recommend him to others I know, and would call him again should I have another real estate transaction.

Bart was great to work with. His knowledge and insight of the area helped us to narrow down our search of where we wanted to buy. He provided multiple options within our price range, and used his local experience to help us decide which amenities were important to consider when moving into the area. His knowledge of the Builders, Neighborhood and school systems also made our decision much easier.

I have to highly recommend Bart Miranda. He did an excellent job. He demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and skillfully guided us through the listing process and the sale. He produced a virtual tour which resulted in a great deal of interest and he hosted three open houses. We received a number of offers, some tempting, but thankfully listened to Bart, and remained patient, which ultimately resulted in an offer above our expectations. He was professional, knowledgable, personable and had a great sense of humor as well. I don't think a seller can go wrong by retaining Bart as his/her agent.

Bart was excellent, start to finish. Helped us every step of the way, and we found an amazing house for a great price. Would highly recommend! We were working on a difficult schedule (still living in AZ, and so we could only search for houses on certain days) but Bart made it work without any issues!

This was my first house purchase and I had to come into the process with no knowledge at all. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have had Bart as my realtor through this process. At the time, I lived in Colorado but that didn't stop him from taking the time to ensure he knew what I was looking for and to find/recommend potential houses for me to consider. Bart is extremely professional, punctual, breaks everything down to ensure you understand every single step that occurs when purchasing a house. He goes above and beyond what is expected from realtors and I would highly recommend him if you're looking to buy a house!

Bart found my our family a dream come true home and was able to facilitate a closing date of our choice. Barts attention to detail is remarkable, he really paid attention to our opinions and comments as we viewed multiple houses and took into account what we wanted, finding us perfection. Bart is professional, accommodating, humorous and efficient. I can't imagine using anyone else for my real estate needs.
