ZillowVERIFIEDI hired my friends' first, but got no action from them. I received a nice handwritten letter from Barry with some color pictures of what had been the comps in the area. Barry was the only one who came through for me and sold my real estate! I'm grateful to him.

ZillowVERIFIED Barry was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and made sure we understood the process form beginning to end. We could text him day or night and still get a response. He provided guidance and updates as needed in a timely manner. He provided feedback on things we needed to do to get the house on the market. He took time to go over the inspection report item by item so we could have a clear understanding of the expectations of what needed to be done. When I would get stressed he would put things in perspective and calm me down. Everything just happened so fast for us and our home sold in less than a week. We were fortunate to have 3 offers on the table. The closing went really smooth and it was an overall great experience for my first time selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We had the pleasure of working with Barry to find our dream home. It was by chance we were connected through an inquiry on zillow. We had specific requests for our future home and Barry was able to navigate to provide us with wonderful prospects; as well as advising against ones we may have pursued. During negotiations I was glad to have him and his team on my side! The home we went to contract on had a few unique obstacles that could have ended without us in our home. Barry never stopped fighting for us even after the closing. We had to have the seller keep escrow funds to resolve an issue after close and he kept working until that was finalized.

ZillowVERIFIED Barry is an excellent realtor ! My experience with him involved both buying my current home and selling the home I left . He is responsive , professional, and knowledgeable at his craft . When we came to the lawyers office and the lawyer did not have a check in exchange for the house, I was very glad that I used his service ! Selling a home has a lot of twists and turns and Barry can help you straighten them out. I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Barry was an awesome agent to work with. He knows the Lake Royale area like the back of his hand and found us the house of our dreams! He helped us negotiate the price down by $20,000 as well as additional discounts for repairs that needed to be made. He handled the entire closing process flawlessly and made the whole process smooth, quick and easy. I'd highly recommend him if you're looking for a home in Lake Royale (or anywhere in the Triangle).

ZillowVERIFIED Barry is extremely knowledgeable in all the particulars required in purchasing a home, from comparison pricing, negotiating, follow up and the inspections required, along with local contacts for several services you might require. We purchased a home on a lake for the first time, and Barry's expertise in this area was extremely helpful from beginning to end. He is with you for every step of the way from looking at homes through closing. We will not hesitate to use Barry again when the need arises, and neither should you.
