ZillowVERIFIEDBarry and Bri were an absolute pleasure to work with! They helped us sell my dad's home after he passed away. They made an extremely hard time go smoothly and went above and beyond the whole process. Every problem we ran into (and there were many) they either knew the answer or found the answer immediately. Their communication was outstanding! We will definitely recommend Barry and Bri to all our friends and family for all their real estate needs!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I purchased a home in November 2025 and had the absolute pleasure of working with Barry and Bri. From start to finish, they made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. They were always available to answer questions, explain next steps, and offer guidance that felt honest and grounded. I never felt rushed or pressuredaEUR"just supported by someone who truly cared about helping me make the best decision. Thanks to Barry and Bri, I found a home I love and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Barry was awesome. A real down to Earth guy. Someone you'd definitely go golfing with. Needless to say he made the most stressful thing you'll ever do in your life, as painless and as stressless as possible. I had him on a holding pattern for 2 years after backing out close to closing on a prior house i had looked at. Barry stayed in touch and never rushed me and was only concerned about me finding the right house to call a home. Never pressured, never pushed me towards a sale just to make a buck. 2 years later I found a much nicer home, the house of my dreams and when it came to the paperwork and negotiating, he was hands on and attentive, very responsive and ultimately got me and my wife in a winning position that sets us up nicely to have a family in our dream home. If youre looking for a Realtor whos going to have your back and best interests in mind, Barry is the man for the job!

ZillowVERIFIED Barry is great! My process took a while to find the right home in the right location. He was extremely patient while we had to run numbers on mortgage plus HOA fees on multiple properties. Barry is a true professional. Your comfort and best interest is of the utmost importance to Barry.

ZillowVERIFIED Barry & Bri were a pleasure to work with from the moments we finally started looking for a home to the purchase of our home. Barry & Bri walked us through the entire process and made us feel very comfortable. Buying a home can be so emotional and they were always there to reassure us. Barry & Bri helped negotiate our contract and got 15k off the asking price for us and 8k in closing! We couldnt have done this without them by our side. Thank you both, you are phenomenal realtors! ZillowVERIFIED Barry was the best! I was a bit nervous purchasing a home out of state but he was very patient and supportive throughout the process. He went above and beyond to help me before during and after purchasing. He is very knowledgeable about the area. We worked as a team and collaborated on a home that was in my best interest. 10/10. Would recommend his services.

ZillowVERIFIED We are so thankful for the help that we received from Barry in finding our new home. As out of state buyers with very specific needs, we were exceedingly appreciative of Barry?s efforts to go above and beyond when searching for and pre-touring homes for us across a large market of the East coast of Florida. Barry was professional and knowledgeable throughout the process, and ultimately helped us find our new home and go from offer to close in less than 30 days!

ZillowVERIFIED Barry helped us every step of the way during the buying process. We relocated from New Jersey to Florida so there was a lot of moving parts; but Barry made the process very smooth. He answered all of our questions and was always available for a phone call or text. I highly recommend him if you are relocating from another state or just to another side of town. He was amazing !!

ZillowVERIFIED We took a chance on Zillow for a house we wanted to see and met Barry by chance. We instantly felt that he was a genuine person. When it came time to list our house, we went with him without hesitation. We had a short timeframe to buy and sell. We had buyers within two days of the listing and he got us the contract for our dream home. When the buyers backed out of our contract, we felt defeated, but Barry got to working immediately and we were under contact again within the week. I dont know how he got it all done in less than a month, but he did it. You cant go wrong with him. He is knowledgeable, reasonable, knows how to negotiate, and is simply a good person. I absolutely recommend Barry for anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Barry was wonderful. He was very flexible with his time and always made sure that if any questions weren't answered he would get back to us. Barry went over and beyond for our family. With 2 elders and a disabled adult in a wheelchair, he definitely put in lots of work to find our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Barry and Bri did an outstanding job of assisting us in finding our forever home. They were very attentive and proactive in finding us leads for homes on the market. They really made the process comfortable and helped ease the stress of searching for a home. They also helped pay for our closing costs because of my veteran status. They are great real estate agents, but more importantly they are amazing people and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home to rent or buy.

ZillowVERIFIED In my opinion, Barry has demonstrated the art of customer service. Please allow me to elucidate. In 2016, I considered relocating back to Florida. So, I searched for a realtor and Barry McSwain's listing stood out. I submitted my infomation, and received an immediate response. Barry made my search easier by sending me homes on the market each week. In 2021, I relocated to Florida and decided to look for a home. As in the past, the BMcswain emails continued and I reached out to Barry. My experience searching for a home was incredibly easy. He demonstrated patience, kindness, and even connected us to a lender. I recommend Barry and have made numerous referrals to him for an incredible experience.
