ZillowVERIFIEDI have bought a few houses in the past, but this was the best experience I have had yet. Barry was extremely knowledgeable about the area, and made the process of buying a house real simple. He was great at laying out what was going to happen, and when. The best part was, and I wasnt expecting this, but he was able to negotiate the seller to pay off the solar lease. So now I own the solar free and clear. Thats going to save me a lot of money on electricity.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I have worked with Barry multiple times in the Los Angeles market for over a decade on both buying and selling. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my real estate needs. He is extremely knowledgeable about neighborhoods, highly responsive, and consistently clear in explaining each step of the process. Barry has always made me feel like a priority and not just a transaction. If you want an experienced and trustworthy agent you can rely on for the long term, I highly recommend Barry Green.

ZillowVERIFIED Listen - Barry helped me sell and purchase the largest assets of my life, and I couldnt be happier. Over ~8 months, Barry navigated a tough sellers market and HOA situation and helped me garner 3 solid bids on my townhome. 7/8 months later, he negotiated a tremendous deal for my single family home in a highly sought after neighborhood. Not only does he communicate exceptionally, his knowledge of the SFV area is 2nd to none. Every house we seen, he always had 1-3 bullet points about the area that were spot on. I put Barry through 2-3 different home-buying scenarios and strategies (townhome, SFR, different locations, condos, etc.) and he led me each step of the way and throughout each change. Barry will be my agent for each and every real estate transaction I do in the LA area. Hes also become an incredible friend!

ZillowVERIFIED As first time homeowners, navigating the home buying process was incredibly daunting. However, Barry instantly put us at ease and made us feel confident moving forward. He spent time getting to know exactly what we were looking for and never made us feel like our goals were unattainable. When we were discouraged, he kept searching. He is incredibly reliable, knowledgeable and persistent. When we made our first offer (we had to make a few before one finally stuck), he made sure to thoroughly walk through the process, never rushing us and encouraging us to ask any questions. We finally found the perfect house for us and even through the escrow process we always felt like he was on our team. Barry spent several months helping us find our home and never once did we feel like he was just trying to make a sale. With several real estate agents vying for your time, give Barry the opportunity and he wont let you down! Thanks again, Barry. We are so happy making our monthly mortgage payment!

ZillowVERIFIED Barry is a true professional! Ive bought and sold several homes and no agent has been as attentive, knowledgeable, and diligent as Barry. He knows the LA market, San Fernando Valley, and even listed/sold my home in Orange County as well. I cannot recommend him any more highly. ZillowVERIFIED Barry is a great guy. He has helped my husband and I over the years with purchasing and selling properties. Our most recent transaction was selling our duplex in Los Angeles. He is very professional and hardworking, he is very thorough and honest. His efforts are outstanding. He is very dependable and updates you every step of the way with phone calls and follow ups and emails. He is very responsive and helpful with accommodating us. Barry is in the process right now with helping us do a 1031 exchange. His knowledge in all areas of real estate has been extremely helpful. We are very pleased with our business relationship with Barry. You will not be disappointed having Barry represent you.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Barry when I was seeking a high-octane realtor to sell my rental property in the LA area. Not only was he motivated, but he was especially knowledgeable and provided me with his expertise each step of the way. Barry was able to explain complex concepts in easy to understand language which in turn made my decision-making process easier. Barry was present and made himself available during the entire transaction. Furthermore, he is professional, personable, empathetic and consistently exhibited a calm, in-control demeanor. I followed his suggestions regarding home improvements in preparation for the sale, and subsequently I received and accepted an offer far above asking price. Barry has my highest regards and I would definitely use his services again. Likewise, without hesitation I would recommend him for all your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Barry Green. Before he put my house on the market, he walked through the house with me and gave me tips on how to increase the value of my house without spending much money. I took his advice and it worked. Barry was able to sell my house for a much higher price than I anticipated. He also is very knowledgeable about 1031 exchanges., which he helped me obtain also. I would definitely use Barry Green again.

ZillowVERIFIED Barry is a straight forward businessman with excellent people and communication skills. His followup, sensitivity as well as empathy are all his great qualities. Barry was able to close escrow before the sale of my home due to pending foreclosure. He provided me the skills of presentation and being honest with potential home buyers. In the next 2 years I plan to buy another home once my credit has improved and Barry will the realtor

ZillowVERIFIED Barry Green has done two transactions for me, a purchase (representing us) and sale (listing our property). In both deals, he was exceptional in articulating the nuances of buying & selling. A real professional who focuses on the client and their needs.
