ZillowVERIFIEDIf you are looking to buy or sell a home, do yourself a huge favor and hire Barry Fall. Working with Barry was the best decision we made during our home selling process. Before connecting with Barry, we had another local agent give us a valuation that felt surprisingly low. Barry came in, did a thorough and realistic analysis of the market, and presented a strategic marketing plan that gave us total confidence in listing higher. Not only did he believe in the true value of our home, but he also delivered beyond our wildest expectations. Thanks to his expert pricing strategy, stellar high-quality marketing, and sharp negotiation skills, our house sold for far more than the initial quote we received from the other agent. Throughout the entire transaction, Barry was extremely responsive, professional, and kept us informed every step of the way. He made what could have been a stressful process feel completely seamless. If you want an agent who knows the market inside and out, works tirelessly for his clients, and gets you top dollar for your home, Barry Fall is your guy. We can't thank him enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Barry was great to work with, as a first time buyer he really explained things in a way that I understood, gave updates along the way, and inquired numerous times through out the process if I had questions about anything. We will be working with him for the next sale of our home.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience with Barry as our agent. If I could give ten stars on every category, I would. He was very professional, and treated us like family. Luckily, our sale moved quickly with his expertise and the stunning pictures he took of our home. Barry helped us through every phase of the showings, offers and closing. I would recommend Barry to everyone who wants to have a great selling experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Barry was great to work with! Professional, genuine, and really tried to make the buying experience a positive one. Barry was engaging and tremendously helpful. It had been 24 years since we had been in the market and a lot had changed which he helped us navigate with care. I never felt like a question was naive even though some probably were.

From the very start he gets things done, keeps you informed and is very helpful. You end up with a friend by the time you close on your house. ZillowVERIFIED Barry is the consummate professional while at the same time being one of the genuinely nicest people youll ever meet. Barry communicated with me every step of the way, leaving no stone unturned. I was never in a position of wondering what was going on. He went through all of the presale documents with me, explaining everything thoroughly and answering all of my questions. He spent an afternoon at my property photographing and shooting drone footage to make sure the listing was as good as it could be. All of his work resulted in a full asking price, cash offer, in less than 48 hours after the listing went live. He then orchestrated a closing in only 14 days from accepting the offer. Barrys knowledge, experience, and attention to detail made this the best real estate experience Ive ever been a part of. It could not have gone better.

ZillowVERIFIED Barry was an excellent agent. When I bought my house back in 2009, I used Barry as my buyer's agent. He was so thorough and knowledgeable. I lived in my home 14 years and when the time came to sell the house, I knew that I wanted to use Barry as my seller's agent. He did an excellent job keeping me updated with area information, showing information, and gave me feedback the whole way. He gave me reassurance every step of the way and ensured that I was informed about all that goes into selling a home. I recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. He's an excellent realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Barry did a tremendous job! He coordinated updated pictures of my home and property one week after I signed the listing agreement. His knowledge of the market enabled me to list the home at a competitive yet advantageous price. Once listed, he had several showings scheduled in the first couple of days followed by an offer. He assisted in developing an acceptable counter-offer, which was accepted. When the potential buyers financing fell through, Barry was able to secure a cash offer from another buyer the following week. His diligence in coordinating and collaborating with all stakeholders, led to a speedy closing. Barry was always accessible, almost always answering the phone when I called. In the few instances when he was unavailable, he promptly returned the call. I would definitely work with Barry again!

ZillowVERIFIED Barry listed and sold a house for us. We live 2 hours away from the property. Barry made the entire process hassle-free. Some work needed to be done to meet the loan requirements. Barry contacted us with the issue and a quote to fix the problem. He hired a professional that completed the work in a timely fashion and for a very reasonable price which is not an easy feat in this day and age. I have nothing but positive things to say about Barry. He is extremely responsive, professional, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Highly highly recommended. Very personable, and yet very honest. Barry helped my fiancA(C) and I sell both our previous houses, and helped us find our forever home. He will go out of his way to help any way he can, even if its for personal advice. We felt safe with Barry beside us at the closing table. We would go through him, again, in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Barry went way out of his way with us especially in these times. He sold our house for way more than what we ever expected he then also had multiple people lined up to see the house before we knew it. One example of him going out of his way is he suggested that we go with a different mortgage group and it turned out to be a better choice for us. In the end Barry was the best choice we made for a realtor couldnt recommend him enough

He listens, digs deep to find what it is that you are looking for, answers all of your questions and does it all in a very timely manner.
