When that contract expired we did not hesitate to sign up with Pam and Barry. When we moved the listing over to Pam and Barry we were able to get two offers within 30 days. We took the one that met our asking price and we were able to close very soon after that. Barry takes care of his clients and he knows the market very well. ZillowVERIFIED Pam and Barrys team were astounding. We listed with another Realtor for 6 months and received very little guidance and the house showed only 3 times in 6 months. We switched to Pam and Barry and they gave us some very specific items to address to make the house appeal to prospective buyers. They began showing the house immediately. Within 2 months we had an offer which, unfortunately fell through when the buyer was unable to secure financing. Within one month they found a new buyer and we closed the house in less than a month. I cant say enough how professional and personal they were. We were kept abreast of all their actions as they happened. Simply outstanding!

However, after signing with them, my house was under contract within a month, and the deal was closed not long after that. Bottom line... do yourself a favor and go with the experts from the get-go. This Team is very good at what they do... dont bother with others.

She was more than patient with us and always kept us up to date on new listings. Once we were ready to start viewing houses, Sheila always made herself quickly available. She was quick to answer any of the questions we had and was always well informed about the different neighborhoods in Lawton. If we suggested a house that wasnt one of her suggested listings, she immediately got back to us with information on the property. Once we found our house, Sheila was great at negotiating not only the price but specific items that needed to be replaced or fixed in order for us to feel comfortable in closing. Not only did we get a great house for a great price, we also got a great deal on the updates that were completed due to Sheilas negotiations. I would absolutely recommend Pam and Barry (particularly Sheila) to anyone looking to buy a house in Lawton and its surrounding areas.

ZillowVERIFIED These people are the absolute WORST in property management! They do not communicate with the property owner unless forced, they do not conduct proper inspections, or require the tenants to clean or restore the property to how it was when they rented it. We are military living out of state and popped in for a little surprise visit so we could see our house. Our wood floors were warped form water damage, nail holes in all the walls had been painted with different color paint, and the place was filthy. They take your money every month as well as a large fee up front and only advertise on craigslist and AHRN. Absolute garbage and I would HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere for your property management needs.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Pam and Barry to find a rental house when we first got stationed to Ft Sill. The rental side of this company is a JOKE. (i cant testify to the real estate side) but Samantha up there is not helpful at all. Shes extremely rude and Im not sure that she has had ANY experience in customer service before landing this job! As a renter, she made us go 5 days without AC because she was trying to cut corners for the home owner. As a home owner I would have appreciated her attempting to save me money, but when Im giving the okay to REPLACE the unit on the very day my renters requested a repair (because im fixing to move back in in just a few months anyway) then it shouldnt take you and your one man repair crew 5 days to fix it. I have 4 kids and animals that had to suffer because of her inconsiderate actions. She hung up on me when I called to complain and would not return my phone calls. She would only talk to my husband as long as she didnt hear me. I spoke to the owners (because she forgot to tell them our clearing time had changed and they showed up at the house ready to inspect it while i was there cleaning, so we spoke) they agreed with me how their service through Samantha was very less than par and that if he eer had to rent his property out again that he wouldnt do it though P&B because of herHope, on the other hand, was fantastic. anything i needed or requested or was confused about she would jump through hoops to help me get it or understand it. Not saying with her I always got my way on things with her, but her customer service was MUCH more professional. She wasnt rude and spoke to us very professionally and friendly.
