In January 2024 I came to Barry with a need to sell my grandfathers house. The house definitely had some challenges to overcome before it would be market ready. Barry Dantagnan is a SPECTACULAR realtor. We needed our house sold in challenging market conditions with erratic interest rates on the heels of an entertainment industry strike. Barry not only got it done quickly, but he exceeded all our expectations. He provided us clear instruction on what to do to put ourselves in the best position to be successful; he set reasonable expectations; and got the job done. There are countless realtors in the Los Angeles area. But Id wager that few (if any) have the breadth of experience and sophistication that Barry has. And in a challenging market, experience matters. Barry also has a tremendous work ethic. When we discussed the listing price for our home, he rattled off (from memory) virtually every listed house in the area to support his recommendation. He has also sold and/or represented buyers in countless residential real estate transactions throughout Los Angeles county (some more than once!). He has literally seen everything, and his stellar reputation carries weight with other agents in the Los Angeles real estate community. So, if youre serious about selling your home with someone who aEURoewalks the walk,aEUR? look no further. And if youre looking to buy a home in the Los Angeles area, I would call Barry (we will use no one else). We cannot recommend Barry enough.
