ZillowVERIFIED Barrington was a wonder to work with. He was able to get us into multiple showings on our schedule and was able to help us put a very competitive offer on multiple properties. It didn't matter if we were going to see a property at 10 AM or 7 PM he was always available for us. If we had any questions, he was able to answer them, or get an answer for them and was able to put it into words that a first time purchaser would understand. At the end of the day , wheb you go with him , you will find the house you are looking for.

As a mother searching for housing for myself and my children, I reached out hoping to receive guidance, communication, and support during an important and stressful time in my life. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. After initial contact, communication became very inconsistent. There were extended periods where I received little to no response, including what felt like nearly two months without meaningful follow-up. During a time when I urgently needed housing assistance, being left without updates or communication created unnecessary stress and frustration. What disappointed me most was not being told directly if assistance was no longer available or if my situation could not be accommodated. A simple phone call, text message, or email would have gone a long way. Instead, I felt ignored and left wondering what was happening. I understand that real estate professionals are busy, but communication and professionalism are essential, especially when families are relying on guidance during major life transitions. This review reflects my personal experience. Others may have had different experiences, but unfortunately mine was not a positive one.

ZillowVERIFIED Barrington was the most responsive realtor that we encountered when trying to move across state lines from NJ to PA. Anytime we had a question, he was able and willing to answer it. When it came to looking at houses, Barrington was always trying to schedule times and tours that worked best for us and always ensured that we had enough time to view the house. He also took time to explain how the market worked in PA and what services we would need. In terms of the negotiation phases, Barrington always checked with our true desires to make sure he was accurately representing us and always tried to make sure we were making the most informed decision that we could. Barrington always went out of his way to accommodate us, sometimes we would send him a house in the morning and we would get to tour it the same evening. He really has a joy of helping people find their homes, which made the whole process (which is tricky and difficult) easier and smoother. We were very happy with Barrington's work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the PA area that he covers.

In a market where it was hard to win during the low interest rates and a challenging market. He told me it could be difficult but he was able to win in a challenging market and we won the first house we put an offer on. He was a great and knowledgeable agent especially when it came to inspections. I would recommend Barrington to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Barrington to buy and sell. He was always so friendly and helpful. We had an overall wonderful experience with him. When we had the inspection for the house we were selling, he came and sat outside with me the whole time because he knew I was very nervous about it. The day of closing for the house we were buying, he was there first thing in the morning with us. He was even nice enough to stay with our dog so she wouldn't be nervous while we moved our things. He didn't have to do any of that but it was very much appreciated. We have now lived in our home for 3 years and he still stays in contact with us just to see how we are doing. He was very helpful with the whole process. I would recommend him to anyone.
