A very special property indeed and we knew that it would take someone with a huge reach and market knowledge to get it done right. My mother was very hesitant to prep the house (stage, repaint and list on MLS) as she didn't know where she was going to move and therefore wanted to continue to live there while selling. Barr really listened to her and put a tremendous effort into getting the property out through all of his off-market networks and contacts. Within a month, a buyer came forward and Barr helped us negotiate a great selling price as well as a 3-month, free rent-back which was amazing.
