ZillowVERIFIED We bought our house in Glendale from out of state, and didn?t actually see our house until two weeks after we closed. Barbie was absolutely amazing and second to none! We looked at almost 20 houses and there were a few that were less than desirable, we had do to do all of our shopping through video chat, and on those houses that were less than par Barbie quickly informed us that those houses were not worth our time. She was excellent through the whole process from picking our dream home to inspection to closing. I would highly recommend and insist that you choose her if you are looking to buy a home.

BRIAN HANDLED ALL THE BUYING PAPERWORK VERY SMOOTHLY AND HELP ME NEGOTIATE WITH THE SELLER FOR SOME OF THE THINGS THAT I FELT NEEDED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF IN THE HOME. THE TITLE COMPANY BRIAN BROUGHT IN WAS FANTASTIC.....RHONDA WAS VERY EXPERIENCED AND EFFICIENT AT PERFORMING THE TASK OF GETTING THE PROPERTY TITLE CLEAR AND FREE OF ANY ISSUES. ZillowVERIFIED Barbie was a wonderful agent! We had such a bad experience with our agent up in WA that it was refreshing to know that Barbie had our backs. We purchased here in AZ while selling our home in WA so we were not able to be here in AZ for any of the inspections or repairs. She took the extra time to come by the place after the repairs were completed to make sure they had been done and that things worked properly. She also has an excellent list of people who do various jobs so if you need to get a second opinion after a repair has been completed she can help you with that. She also stayed on top of the whole home buying process and keeping in touch with both myself and the financial institute so we could stay on track. It was difficult overall both selling and buying out of state at the same time , but she made the process here in AZ so much more comforting and less stressful.

THEN, we met Barbie. I have to say that she is the best Realtor that my husband and I have encountered, and we have had experience with several. She is there when she says she will be and she gives you plenty of notification on homes that are out there according to your specifications and some that she feels are right for you.
