ZillowVERIFIEDWe were nervous about selling our home during the pandemic, but Barbara made it easy! She helped us know what we needed to do before the home went on the market. The professional photographer she hired did amazing work and made our home look so beautiful we (almost) didn't want to sell! Throughout the entire process, she made it clear that she represented us. With special marketing, she sold our home's story. Our home was on the market for a total of 14 days, and we received our full asking price. What else could we ask for? In the age of 2020, this home sale was at least ONE thing that had a happy ending. If you are looking for a realtor who will 100% represent your interests with professionalism, enthusiasm, and tenacity, call Barbara. You'll be so glad you did!

ZillowVERIFIED Was very impressed with Barbara when she visited my home to decide whether I wanted her to list my property. She was knowledgeable, excited, efficient and very well prepared for the meeting. I knew instantly I wanted her as my realtor . She had good recommendations for improvements on the property. We made them, listed the house on a Friday morning, had a contract by Monday. Closed within 3 weeks. Very pleased especially since the pandemic started shortly after closure. Couldnt have been happier with her service.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm one of those people who rarely hires anyone to do anything for me. I do nearly everything for myself. Ive bought, repaired, rebuilt, renovated, and flipped cars, RVs, boats, houses and condos and in these situations Ive done nearly every single thing myself. Ive built yachts for Sea Ray Boats and websites for NASA. STILL I engaged the Barbara Zorn Team to handle the complicated cash only sale of my personal residence. Why? Because shes been handling real estate transactions since I graduated from high school 30 years ago which means experience levels that are difficult to describe: and that means dozens, maybe hundreds, of contacts with the kinds of people I needed to wrap this up quickly. I called Barbara because I wanted a fast, safe, trouble free, cash transaction on the most important financial holding of my life. She produced an interested party within days, contracts within a week or two, and a tight clean closing in about 6 weeks once details were agreed upon. Though I am extremely self-reliant and hate calling anyone for help with the smallest to biggest issues in my life, this time, I am completely glad I did. Thank God I did not pursue the aEURoefor sale by owneraEUR? path. Once I called Barbara my stress went out the window, and trust me real estate transactions are stressful. This important transaction could not have been handled better. To the Barbara Zorn Team, thank you very much.

ZillowVERIFIED I listed my home with Barbara Zorn. It only took 3 days to sale my property. While l was waiting to close,a problem arose with the title. It seemed there was a lien on the property. The problem was how the title company recorded the lien. It was supposed to be on another property l owned. So Barb went to work, turns out we could not contact the women who had the lien. So Barbara did some detective work which took a lot of time. There's no other agent that has ever did this much work that wasn't in their job description! Barbara saved the day for us!!! I highly recommend Barbara! She will have any listings of mine from now on!

ZillowVERIFIED Divorces are difficult. Barbara was patient, kind, and helped my ex-wife and I navigate the listing, repairs, and negotiations so that both parties were highly satisfied. Barbara was able to help us negotiate the best possible price for our home and not accept a discount because of our situation. If you are looking for an agent that will successfully help you sell a home during a divorce while keeping both sides happy, choose Barbara. You will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Barb for many years and recently asked her opinion about listing our investment duplex. Barb was very knowledgeable about what was expected as accurate pricing for the area as well as the pros and cons of our renovation and rental. We decided to list and it was an awesome experience, very quick and stress free. Barb took care of everything, the property was sold quickly after multiple offers and Barb made sure every detail went off without a hitch all the way to closing. Would highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Barbara and her family for years. We purchased a condo in Cocoa Beach in the 1980's. We sold it at the beginning of 2000. Now that I am retiring I could not imagine anyone else I would want to work with. . Barbara has explained the waterways throughout Cocoa Beach. When we owned our condo we lived on the ocean. Now that we want to live on the riverfront and want boat access it is surprising how much we have to learn. My experience with Barbara has been nothing shy of educational. She knows her stuff

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara and her team are amazing. She helped us buy our home when we relocated back to the space coast. She took the time to show us every home we wanted to see, and even offered others she thought we would like. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for and in the price range we could afford and eventually found us the perfect home. She took great care of us, even when we just wanted to look before we sold our previous home. There is a reason she is so highly rated and well known in the space coast real estate market. If you are looking for a realtor in this area, talk to Barb. She is definitely the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara has been helping my family for years. She and my father worked together years ago and he suggested I get in contact with her when I was ready to move. She was so excited to hear from me, and she did everything she could to help my family find a new home, even during the time of year where it's nearly impossible to find a place! She was always prompt in responding to my emails, text messages, and phone calls, and was always updating me with the newest listings that best suited my needs. I highly recommend her, she's one in a million!

ZillowVERIFIED I'm delighted to share my experiences with Barbara Zorn, and Better Homes & Gardens of Cocoa Beach. My husband and I had a corporate move from Orlando to Melbourne, FL last year and we needed to find a 3 bedroom home with a pool that would fit our needs. We had a very short window to work with and Barb had a delightful member of her team, Beth Marrone, partner with us immediately to take us around the area and acquaint us with the different kinds of neighborhoods and amenities. Beth knew that it was important for me to have a short commute and she was excellent at flexing the day to align with our desires and needs. Both Barb and Beth really listen and care deeply about customer delight! We found a great home and are so thankful for their tremendous dedication to our happiness!

ZillowVERIFIED I wanted to take the time an provide my experience using Barbara Zorn. I was planning a job change and relocation to Atlanta, Georgia. I needed to sell my home on Mt. Carmel Ln. in Melbourne and had heard of Barbara, so called. What a great experience. Not only did she know the market and walk through the entire process, Barbara provided invaluable guidance on my relocation, packing, and shipping that saved thousands. She is very caring, taking the time to put my young daughter at ease. Barbara takes all the work out of planning a move! ZillowVERIFIED My relocation company gave us several names. Barbara was the first to call us back which impressed us. She spent over an hour on the phone with me and then was on the phone equally as long with my wife.Barbara knew all of the neighborhoods we saw on Zillow. She could tell us the driving distance to work, the schools and even pointed out the different lot sizes and some things that make the Melbourne area different from where we are coming. The #1 reason we chose to work with her is the support she gave us for our kids. She jumped in and made sure they would get in town on time to participate in the Fall football season. She knew what an IEP is for our other child. Her niece is special needs so she had phone numbers and resources at her fingertips.I read the reviews and I know she is amazing at negotiation and knows her houses but she is so much more of a resource when you do not know the area. She even helped us find a special place for our dog during this relocation. Barbara is hands down the #1 choice!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I recently relocated from Texas to Cocoa Beach, FL. Barbara is very knowledgeable of the area. She listened to my aEUR~must haves and my wish list and showed me several properties that fit, and some outside the box that were worth considering. During our appointments, Barbara was completely focused on us and did not accept other calls. We really appreciated this since we were only in town for a few days to look at properties. With Barbaras help, we found the perfect home. We closed in February and couldnt be happier! Barbara and her entire staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the buying process (and even helped us find a fence company)!

ZillowVERIFIED I bought my first house in 2016 and worked with Barbara and her assistant Beth. I feel extremely lucky to have found them. They helped me navigate what, to me, was the arcane & esoteric world of real estate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Barbara to anyone looking to buy property.

The professional photography, glossy brochures and market exposure both national and international was way above everyone else we interviewed. She helped us find contractors to do some minor touch up so we can net a higher return. ZillowVERIFIED Barbara used to be with Prudential Star so had to do some research to find her. She explained that her company changed to Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Star because Prudential was no longer going to be in the franchise business and the new franchise is ahead of the others with tools for the customer. We are excited we tracked her down. She sold our condo in Cape Canaveral a few years ago and now we want to come back to Indialantic and buy another condo.

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara Zorn is the best agent in Brevard County! We absolutely love her. We have been trying to buy our first home and Barbara has a TON of patience. She has helped us to understand the buying process. Barbara lost out on a sale when the house we wanted went multi-offer because she made sure to let us know what the true value of the home was and she did not want us to overpay. We would have paid too much and I am sure it would have been easier for Barbara than taking us back out to see more homes but she did what was best for us and for that reason she is the best agent in Brevard County, Florida!
