She is so adept at knowing the market and knowing the types of buyers for your property to target. She will invest personally in the marketing of your home. For our first transaction in the Bailiwick area of Greenwich, she quickly determined the type of buyer who would be attracted to our home and she cast a wide net reaching to Westchester County and even Manhattan to find our buyer. She was right! She is actually a ton of fun as a buying agent and we had so many fun tours with great memories it seems like I should keep buying homes just to hang with her again on those adventures.
