Determine how much house you can afford. Get prequalified before you start looking. Find a real estate agent that listens to your needs and knows the community. Shop for the home and make an offer.
Sell before you buy another home. Fix what's broken. Declutter and clean your house. Find a realtor who will share at least 10 comps (actives, solds, pending) for the past 3-6 months before listing.
Buyers and sellers.
Contacted a potential buyer regarding a condo listing where they were interested in living. Listed their home, and had under contract in less than 24 hours. Was able to close on their home and purchase the condo within one month.
Was in marketing for 20+ years traveling the entire state. Decided to resign and obtain real estate license to work locally.
