From picking me up at the train station at 11:00pm (after a very long train ride) to booking a hotel room and putting me in touch with a car rental company, she couldn't have been more helpful. At the house I was looking to purchase, she went over all of the paperwork and inspection items in great detail. I was nervous about buying the house as I live a 10 hour drive south of Carmel and have lived in my home for over 41 years. My plan was to rent out the house in Carmel for a few years and then make it my new home. Barbara told us our house would sell quickly, and for asking price she was 100% accurate! After two open houses and two weeks on the market, she presented us with four offers. Not only did she sell our home in Spreckels like she said she would, she worked with our agent out of Sacramento to make sure we got the home up here we wanted. She had knowledge and familiarity with all of the areas that were of interest to me. During our first conversation, Barb was enthusiastic and very hopeful in helping me find my home even though I was not confident that I would find anything. She became well aware of my preferences and advised me on what would be realistic and practical for my budget.
