ZillowVERIFIED my experience with Barbara Smith was a very enjoyable one would highly recommend her. Other agents didn't want to list above what I had in the property. I felt like it was a diamond in the rough. Was at the stage ready for the buyer's personal touch and I think Barbara was very well aware of that fact an I think she was a hard worker in finding a buyer on market one week to get contract. She was very helpful with advise, polite courteous and willing to go the extra mile.

ZillowVERIFIED It was finally time to sell our mothers house, and I didnt know any realtors in the area. Barbara came highly recommended. After meeting with her and discussing our situation, it was obvious she knew the best way to list the property. We had a buyer under contract in 5 days! Barbara and her assistant Patricia always kept me informed throughout the entire process. She is a genuinely nice person, and the way she handled everything really put me at ease. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I've dealt with a lot of realtors, as an investor, contractor, and for my personal homes. I've encountered more than my share of the stereotypical realtor -- the type that understands or cares little beyond "how much is this going to put in my pocket".... Barbara was the consummate professional. She represented the seller in our transaction, but made sure that everyone involved was treated fairly and respectfully. She went the extra mile to make the deal work for both sides. She was easy to work with and trustworthy. I will use her again!

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara is an excellent realtor! She spent months with us to help us find the right house! She took us to around 20 houses over the course of 9 months before we found the one we purchased. She listened to the things we liked and didnt like about each house to help. I would highly recommend her whether you are buying or selling!

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara is absolutely amazing! I bought my first house with her in 2015 and she did an amazing job with helping me sell it in 2018. Thankfully she wanted to stick with me to purchase a new one! I probably worried her to death with looking all over middle Tennessee! Shes a trooper and really knows her stuff! My little boy has adopted her and her husband as grandparts!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were looking for our first home and we had a small budget to work with. Barbara asked the right questions and showed us to a property in Five Points. We weren't impressed to start with, but after talking about the potential of the house we grew more and more interested. Barbara made the process of buying a house easy and worry free! Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Let me share my personal experience with this incredible lady. A couple of months ago I approached Barbara about selling my home. We chatted and she offered some wonderful advice concerning my property, the market, market trends, etc. I listed my home which by the way was quite a large home in an area of town that was a little remote for some. I was getting discouraged because I'm not really a patient person. Long story short 21 days later we had a contract. We had talked earlier about a home suitable for me. Guess what she found the perfect one for me! Not only will Barbara T. work hard for you, she will lead and guide you every step of the way. I'm so blessed that I can call her not only the very best realtor, but also my friend!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We definitely recommend Barbara to anyone seeking a realtor in the area. She and her staff were always very helpful and courteous, and she put forth as much time and effort selling our small house as she would have spent had it been a very expensive property. Great person and realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara is the true professional. Very knowledgeable, friendly and a great person in general. This is the second house Barbara has helped guide me through negotiation. If you are in need of a real estate agent, I recommend Barbara highly. Barbara also helped me sell my home at Harvey Drive, Lawrenceburg, Tn. 38464. We listed it on Wednesday, it sold over the weekend. If that's not a great agent, I can't imagine what is. Buying or selling, Barbara is the agent you need.

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara helped guide us to the home of our dreams. Running an animal rescue, we had some very specific needs such as hardwood floors, a fenced yard, plenty of space, and big rooms. We needed options for emergency situations which she also found with a two car garage, one car garage, and wood shop. We also had another hard to find must in our area - we wanted a historic home that we could live in as we created the look we wanted. Barbara did it. We now live in Haven House - a Victorian - that gave us everything we needed and then some at a perfect price. We've been here a year and a half now and are still in love with this place. We know its where we will be for the rest of our lives. Barbara made the process easy and fun. I highly recommend her to anyone reading this review just as I have to people I know who have been just as happy with her service!

ZillowVERIFIED She was very informative throughout the process and genuinely cared about us through the process. She knows the area, prices ranges and clearly a person of wisdom when buying a home. She was patient and answered our every question and concern throughout each home we looked at. And we looked at a lot! And even though we were so picky about certain things she was always able to find homes that we were interested in and was able to find the EXACT home we wanted. Buying a home can be a very difficult process for some, but those are for people who did not work with Barbara! She could not have done a better job. This process has been an absolute joy for my wife and I. We found the home we wanted, and got way below our price range which allowed us to use extra money we have for renovation/remodeling. I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Barbara... It is evident that she truly cares for her customers.

ZillowVERIFIED I have just completed the purchase of an 83 acre farm and home listed with Mrs. Smith. Early in the process, it was found that the tax records and survey created an obstacle to the sale. Mrs. Smith engaged with both myself and the seller to resolve the barriers and brought us to a successful and satisfying close.Because of Mrs. Smith's professionalism and grasp of both the buyer and closer expectations all went extremely well.
