By far the best realtor weve ever worked with. Off the charts, I cant recommend Barbara highly enough! Always prepared and punctual, she brought tremendous knowledge of the area, history, and the market to the table, was sensitive to and considerate of our needs, and always one step ahead with suggestions, answers, or solutions to issues we were either unaware of or hadnt considered yet during a very challenging time. Extremely personable, fun, friendly, energetic and passionate about all aspects of the business. Youd have to work harder than she does to find someone who works and cares more than she does. We were extremely fortunate to make her acquaintance via a family friend and neighbor.

We were empty nesters looking to downsize and move out of state and knew we had to sell our house of 30 years. This was a considerable task in and of itself not including putting the house up for sale. So we needed help. Luckily a friend referred us to Barbara Snyder of Coldwell Banker. We sat down and went over the ins and outs of selling. She gave us some great advice for consolidating the household and preparing for the move. She was a total professional, came well prepared with all the comps from the area and thought we would do very well in the current market. She set up a day for staging and brought in a photographer. The online presentation was superb. Her early estimate on the value of our house was well above what we thought possible but as offers came in at or above asking we were pleasantly surprised.
