ZillowVERIFIEDWe used Ms. Sallen to list a home for us in Little Rock. Everything started out fine but we had a few offers we were not comfortable with and Barbara began to pressure us accept things that were not in our best interest. She wanted us to accept an extended close with no money down. We wanted to cancel the listing and she refused. We went to her broker Keith Pike and he also refused. He was very defensive of Barbara and could care less about our opinion. After a few more months and many complaints from us we were finally released us from the agreement. We do not recommend Re/max Elite, Keith Pike or Barbara Sallen. They are not customer service oriented at all.

Barbara was unwilling to help me any further. My purchase was under 100k and she told me it had taken too much of her time and she would not be making that much money on it. She was very rude about it. I don't recommend her at all.
