ZillowVERIFIEDWe had lived in our home for more than 40 years so when we made the decision to sell it was extremely important to find a realtor who could help us navigate the "unknown". Barbara helped us through every stage of the process from finding the right property to buy and then selling our current home. This did not happen overnight! It took many years to find the right property to buy. During this time Barbara was always happy and willing to show us a new property. She always made us feel like we were her ONLY client. When it came time to put our house on the market, we put it in her hands and let her aEURoedo her thingaEUR?. The result was beyond our expectations. If you are looking for a realtor, we highly recommend Barbara Rybicki. She is professional; she aEURoeknowsaEUR? the market; she is honest; and she listens to really understand what her clients are looking for. We have worked with a few real estate agents over the years but when we finally met Barbara, we knew she was the real estate professional we were looking for! Thank you, Barbara!

Barb did a great job help lining up little projects that needed doing before selling our home in Grafton. The plumber, painter, electrician and lawyers she recommended did the jobs required with excellence and promptness. She put our house on the market below what we considered appropriate but her experience proved accurate as we got many bids and we went with a bid that was in line with what I considered a good price for our property. The buying wanted to close very quickly and Barb helped us making this very swift sell go smoothly. Thanks Barb. Thank you remax

ZillowVERIFIED Are we ever pleased to have enlisted Barbara Rybicki's services. We lived 43 years in our home and had never owned another. Several friends recommended particular realtors, but we decided to do our own research, seeking the individual who had a high rate of success (i.e., sold many homes within the recent past) and the kind of reviews that "clicked" with the approach we respected. "High energy" is an appropriate description of many realtors, but there is something honest, down-to-earth, and realistic about Barbara's energy, dedication, and professionalism that makes her particularly credible and trustworthy. She demonstrates a deep knowledge of the field and the continual education demanded in order to keep abreast of changes in legal and marketing requirements. Her advice in every respect turned out to be "on the mark." To sum up what every reader of reviews seeks to know: our house sold quickly at an excellent price ----- thanks to Barbara.

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara is a dedicated, caring, and extremely knowledgeable realtor. She has helped us with the sell of two homes. Both times, she gave great advice about the market, and our property. On the most recent sell (June 2019) we had one open house and three offers the next day. Barbara was impeccable in her attention to detail and timeliness throughout the process of selling our home. She was always so friendly and sensitive to the personal events going on in our family (my daughter graduating college) and even bringing a ice cream cake to celebrate the occasion. We loved working with Barbara and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara was our sellers agent for our condo in Northbridge, MA. We are very happy with the way she helped us market and sell our house. She held several open houses and was able to get multiple offers for the house, near the top of market. After signing the offer, the buyer had some unforeseen issues which caused some delays, but she kept the communication going and managed the situation well. She also took care of finding the handyman and plumber for small repairs that needed to be done, and oversaw their work, which saved us some trips to the house as we live at a bit of distance. She also took care of the fire safety inspection. She was professional, efficient and very pleasant throughout the process. We would wholeheartedly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I enthusiastically recommend Barbara Rybicki to anyone wishing to sell their property. Aside from her years of experience and deep knowledge of the local market, what impressed me about Barbara from the start and the reason I hired her, is her boundless energy and a down to earth way of dealing with people. She is bright, personable and at the same time is a savvy and intelligent business person. She has a keen eye for details, and will stage your house into show room perfection. She made dozens of suggestions and strategic improvements that needed to be made that put my property into the most competitive position and lead to a timely sale. Also, I must mention that one of Barbara's biggest strengths is communication. As an owner anxious to sell your house, feedback from prospective buyers and continuous progress assessments is one of the most important aspects of the whole process. But from my past experience, so many agents don't do this one simple thing. They seem to forget or just don't bother. Barbara, kept me updated at every stage and I appreciated her honest and informed advice. In short, Barbara is the best real-estate agent I've ever worked with, and if you hire her, you'll come to the same conclusion.

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara acted as our buyers agent, and we would highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a home in Grafton or the surrounding communities. As first time home buyers, my wife and I were looking for a knowledgeable agent who could provide important advice about the homes we were viewing. We were very impressed with Barbras knowledge of the Grafton area and the local real-estate market. Barbara was always available by either phone or email without any exceptions during the entire home buying process. Barbara was an excellent resource for recommendations for all aspects of the home buying process. We were very happy to have her as our agent and wouldnt hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I recommend Barbara Rybicki highly. We knew about her track record selling Pulte homes as she successfully sold many condos in our former community in Grafton, MA. Coupled with a successful track record and an extremely pleasant personality, Barbara knows the market very well and always deals honestly and politely with her clients. She goes above and beyond to help with staging, using her innate sense of color and design to improve the appearance of a property. She made all the difference to us when we sold our condo in November, bringing beautiful rugs and design pieces to enhance our home and help it sell quickly at a good price. Thank you, Barbara, for all that you do.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I used Barbara to find us a condo when we were relocating from NYC. Barbara not only found us the perfect home, but was very helpful to us since we were doing things long distance. When we experienced a delay with the sale of our house in NY, Barbara was invaluable in representing us to the seller so our purchase could still go through. Our move would have been much more difficult if it were not for Barbara's hard work in our behalf. We were very pleased to work with her and highly recommend using her for any real estate transaction.

We have known Barbara for over 4 years and she has helped us rent out our place and made sure we find very good tenants. She was very helpful in helping address any issues before and after the tenancy. Since we are not in MA, Barbara took care of everything about the sale process, making sure the house is staged properly, guiding us with the offers, helping gather all documents necessary for closing (fire dept, water, sewer etc.). She kept us in the loop at every point and she never missed any communication. Thank you Barbara for helping us sell our house in one tough market in MA for a good price!

ZillowVERIFIED It is with great pleasure that my husband and I write this for Barbara. We were so impressed by her professionalism, we entrusted Barbara to act as buyer/seller agent and to list for sale our home as well as buying our new home. From the beginning we experienced top-notch realty expertise, from the numerous sets of real estate documents, the virtual tour photos, and the weekly updates online that showed statistics as to how many times our house had been visited online. We were very pleased with the manner in which our home was listed, presented and shown to prospective buyers. Barbara sold our home and assisted us in purchasing our new home.
