ZillowVERIFIED Barbara has been the BEST realtor Ive ever used and she has no issue with going above and beyond to insure you get the home of your dreams. Barbara went out of her way to make sure things were completed on the home to insure closing on time. I have never been so lucky with a realtor and if youre reading this I promise I am not being compensated for this review. BARBARA REALLY IS THAT GOOD!!! Thanks for everything Barbara!

ZillowVERIFIED I know market is/was hot for sellers, but she sold our home in pretty much one day. Listed the house Thursday night, had 1 showing Friday, open house on Saturday, and sold it that night. Made the recommended repairs by her, and it was well worth it. She also helped us buy some land where we're currently planning on building. She specializes in homes for heroes (first responders in my case).

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara helped us so much in finding the perfect home. We even had an offer on one home and were feeling uneasy and wanted to see another house (the one we fell in love with) and she did not hesitate to cancel the offer we had made and help us make the offer on the other one. We got it and the process was so quick and painless! We love Barbara!

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara is the best! The was always available to show us any houses that we chose whenever we could see them. She is knowledgeable of the home values in our area and guided us on what to do if a house was listed over value. She expertly negotiated our sale and we were very pleased with the outcome. Barbara is also a member of the Homes for Heroes program, which benefited us greatly. We are very happy we chose her for our real estate professional and would gladly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara was incredibly helpful in my home buying experience. With this being the first time I bought a home, she walked me through the entire process and was patient with my abundance of questions. She was also quite accommodating to my busy work schedule, showing me houses and answering questions throughout the day and on short notice. I could not of asked for a better realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED When we decided to sell our home, we wanted an agent that would not only aggressively promote our home, but also keep us informed and educated throughout the whole process. We wanted someone that would listen to us, and be there for us throughout every step of this stressful event. Barbara's knowledge, skills and attention to detail, resulted in a very smooth and positive outcome! She is a real "go getter" and we would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone needing the services of a real estate professional!

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara did a great job for me. Because of family and work locations I had a very small area that I was looking to buy a home in and I also had a very specific budget. Barbara found houses that really fit my criteria and without wasting time looking at a lot of houses I found just the home I was looking for. Barbara was great to work with me around my hectic work schedule. My whole purchase and close process went fast and smoothly because of Barbara guidance and knowledge. She also had many contacts for getting anything done like a glass man to quickly fix a window. In addition to her expertise and knowledge Barbara was a very nice person to work with. Thanks very much.

ZillowVERIFIED We let her know what we needed/liked/and the price we were looking for. She showed us only those homes with no pressure to go higher and helped us work with special programs to get us in to our closing range as well. She was with us all the way above and beyond more as a friend. Explained everything and guided us to other helpful resources during our closing/moving transition.

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara was very professional, personable, and went the extra mile to sale my home. Although we had a buyer the first few weeks Barbara listed my home, Green Tree Mortgage who had acquired my home 8 months prior blocked the sale by stalling and lying to both Barbara and myself. Green Tree sabotaged the sale and Barbara and I had no choice but to return all the paperwork to the potential buyers. I would refer Barbara to anyone interested in purchasing a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara is very professional and enthusiastic about her work. She listen carefully and have very good advice when it comes to pick a house. Unfortunately, I did not buy through her because I was set on a new house that I saw before meeting Barbara.

ZillowVERIFIED WOW! I can not say enough good things about Barbara. She helped me for what seemed like forever to find a house and put up with my crazy questions. To me she went above and beyond what a realtor would do. She showed up on a Saturday, when she could have been home with her family. she met me anytime, any where and never once complained. I think she is the BEST and you would never go wrong having her on your team in locating house to buy or rent.... and if she's as good as she was at finding the houses for me to look at I bet she's even better at selling one!

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Barbara Perez is one of utmost repsect, she is a kind and genuine person who at the same time is very business savvy, loyal, trustworthy get the job done type of business woman. Barbara is wonderfully resourceful and is just the person to have working for you. When I purchased my home in 2011, I flew in to look at the home and needed transportation to and from the DFW and Barbara was right there to assist. No matter what, Barbara will get you an answer and see her job done from begining to end. I don't think I have ever met a realestate agent so, honest, willingness to help procure my needs as a client and go the extra mile with you down that long streatch of road when purchasing a home or whatever the need in the realestate arena. Good luck to you Barbara, you deserve the best!! Ms. A. Houston
