After meeting with a handful of realtors, I knew right away that Barbara is who I wanted on my side when buying a home. She is not the type to just add you to a mailing list and send you a link every morning type of realtor - she is active. She will invest her time into understand your unique requirements and will scour the market for opportunities that align with your lifestyle. This is way more than the "call me if you find something you like" realtors. We visited numerous homes with Barbara, and a bunch without. On those homes that we visited without Barbara (open houses) she was able to pull comps and if we had serious interest - she arranged for a follow up private showing for a more detailed look. She even saved us from bidding a home that had serious challenges that were not shared by the seller. She is not after the sale, she is looking after you. The home we purchased was not on our short list. On paper it seemed to not be the right fit. Barbara pushed us to go see the house with her and after reviewing it we knew we found the right layout for our specific use case. Barbara lined up all the necessary inspections, recommended insurance (which we went with) and quite a few other services that are incredibly useful prior to making this type of an investment. Because she is familiar with the area, she knew what to look out for. I would absolutely recommend Barbara to my family/friends that are looking to buy a home.
