ZillowVERIFIEDBarbara took the time to help my wife and me look for an affordable home. Even though we were unable to buy, she still offered to continue to help until we were.
ZillowVERIFIEDBarbara is a true professional. She is knowledgeable and responsive. We would recommend her to friends and relatives without any reservations. We were looking for a house in our area that was bigger and had a larger yard. We found exactly what we were looking for but wanted to get the best price possible. Barbara helped us strategically prepare our offer and it was accepted without a counter which was what we wanted to happen. She also helped us find a renter for our other property which was essential for us to purchase our new home. Barbara is a great realtor. New sellers/buyers can trust her expertise and professionalism throughout the process.
ZillowVERIFIEDHonest, reliable and dependable. Not one complaint during the home buying process. Barbara did a great job and I will use her again for the next house.
ZillowVERIFIEDBarbara has been a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to everyone. She was very professional and courteous and offered a variety of options for us to work thru/on.
ZillowVERIFIEDBarbara got my house sold within 3 weeks of listing it! She was invaluable in guiding me through the whole home selling process, and I am CERTAIN that her ingenious "staging" of my home, was a critical element in getting THREE offers almost immediately! We had plenty of traffic, and Barbara's operation of my Open House was truly masterful! Also, she's a joy to work with! I recommend her very highly!Angela O'Malley
ZillowVERIFIEDBarbara was excellent in her knowledge of the industry and guided us through the complicated process from listing to showing to closing. They don't come any better.
ZillowVERIFIEDBarbara Padilla listed and sold a home for my elderly mother. She was extremely professional and above all caring and mindful of my mother's situation. She demonstrated extensive knowledge about the area the house was in and how best to sell it considering its age and condition. Barbara took the time to answer all of our questions in a timely fashion and gave us good advice. We would highly recommend her to anyone hoping to buy and/or sell a home.
