Past sales range anywhere from $43,500- $14,300,000 for a SINGLE transaction, and up to $23,000,000+ for dual transactions( when representing both seller & buyer side, by the same party in the transaction.     Who owns my property photos?

    If the photos were taken by the listing agent, then the firm would have rights to those. Our firm hires a proffessional photographer for best lighting and clear shots. Pictures definately draw the buyers in deciding whether or not to schedule a showing with an agent.

    Square footage is counted as "Heated", finished interior space
