First steps first. It is very important that a buyer choose a real estate agent who can help them every step of the way. Getting pre-approved is the next step and I can certainly assist you in getting that done with a reputable lender that I'm familiar with, along with a list of local loan programs available depending on a buyer's status, location desired, and financial capabilities. Call a good real estate broker first. Check their credentials online and schedule a face to face consultation. Don't interview too many agents, lest you may unknowingly devalue your future bargaining power by disclosing too much information to a potential listing agent before deciding on one. That un-chosen agent could later show up with a potential buyer, armed with information you disclosed that put you at the disadvantage. Next, during the listing process, have your agent give suggestions in helping you to prepare the home for sale. I've worked with everyone from successful business owners, professional white and blue collar individuals and families, seasoned as well as first time buyers, veterans, those who are relocating or who have relocated, and those who are both searching for a larger home, and those who are selling their larger homes and looking to purchase a smaller sized home, commercial properties such as apartments, gas stations, etc.

Each transaction is as unique as the individuals and properties themselves are. The best transaction is reflected in a satisfied client, and I do my best to make the client's experience as pleasant and easy as possible. One of my favorite transactions was quite large, and consisted of an unquestionable amount of very detailed work behind and in front of the scenes. It felt good to have the client remark that we had really earned our compensation.

I began my path in real estate in the later of 2014. After getting started hitting the ground running, within a few months, with the help and support of my husband, and the good Lord, I was able to accomplish and maintain in my first year, in excess of 30 listings along with several sales within my first year of operation, and it's been straight forward from there on.

My best education came from being coached by a 15 year veteran in the industry, along with good old fashioned hard work and diligent efforts in doing the best I could for my clients, of which has paid off tremendously. As far as past 'training', you could say that working together with my husband in several business venues, it did help to 'train' me for several aspects of the real estate business, but greasing the elbows made the best learning experiences, along with the aid of experts. I made the TOP 100 real estate agents nationwide when working in a large franchise firm company, and came in 2nd place for the state of North Carolina, and also came in as top sales in the local region for which I served in North Carolina. But the best revues are from happy clients who are pleased about their experience with us and we really enjoy having fun and helping others achieve their goals.
