ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with Barb previously on sale of our house, and this time we used Barb on the purchase of our house. Her knowledge of market, areas, and overall process to help us with purchase was so helpful. It was stressful moving from another state, but Barb was instrumental in making this purchase & move less stressful. We would certainly recommend using Barb to anyone looking to buy or sell their homes.

ZillowVERIFIED Barb was recommended to me by a friend as a compassionate and knowledgeable professional, and she proved to go above and beyond her expertise. Her patience and availability was very impressive. She was more than willing to negotiate and place offers on homes, even when it was not a convenient time for her. We were able to find the right HOME within my budget during a difficult time.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an incredible experience with Barb and we just can not recommend her enough! She sold our house in Bethlehem (very quickly) and was so knowledgeable, thoughtful and patient throughout the entire process. Barb went above and beyond in responding to any questions we had, and in making sure the house was in the best condition possible to sell quickly. She was also super accommodating with managing communication with our son who was helping us with this process from out of state. We are so appreciative to Barb for making the whole process so smooth. She was lovely to work with and if we could give her more than 5 stars we would!

ZillowVERIFIED Barb was such an appreciated part of our selling experience. Conversations with her actually started a year prior to our listing as we prepared ourselves for listing. Barb shared her time and energy to not only understand the property but, to some extent more importantly, our circumstances and needs as sellers. Barb also offered a lot of flexibility as our selling intentions were subjected to various starts, stops, and holding patterns. Her responsiveness complimented that flexibility and really contributed to our overall experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Barb is the most caring, honest, dedicated, personable, understanding, and patient Realtor I know. She advised & guided us in a way that made us feel comfortable, and confident about every decision we made. She genuinely cared about helping us find the home that made us truly happy. Barb looked out for our interests every step of the way, worked tirelessly to make sure we wouldnt miss any opportunities, and was always available when we needed her- regardless of the day or time. ZillowVERIFIED We had worked with a few realtors prior to working with Barb. No one was as helpful, patient, organized and responsive as she was. Barb guided us every step of the way from finding to negotiating and purchasing our home. We went into this process thinking it was going to be stressful, but Barb made it incredibly easy for us and we actually had a lot of fun working with her.

ZillowVERIFIED We first met Barb when she represented the people who bought our first house from us in 1988. She then linked us up with an excellent builder when we built our second home. And when we want to downsize, she will find us our third home. Shes experienced, knowledgeable and also very friendly.

ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed a few realtors, with Barb Hodick being one of them. Barb, listened to our wants and needs during that process and devised a plan that was acceptable. There are always bumps in the road when buying or selling a property and ours was no exception. Barb navigated us around those bumps making the stress much less stressful. We were truly lucky to have picked her and wouldn?t hesitate to use her again.
