ZillowVERIFIEDAfter careful research and much deliberation, we chose Barbara Farrand as our real estate agent in the selling of our Florida Condo, and we are certainly glad we did. First, Barbara listened. She got to know us as clients aEUR" our goals, our expectations, our needs and our hopes. Naturally we were anxious, as Canadians selling in the American market and yet she anticipated our questions and alleviated our concerns. She understood what was important to us almost immediately and worked to make that happen. Secondly, Barbara was an excellent communicator. Barbara kept in contact with interested agents and buyers alike, answering questions and keeping everyone informed. The marketing of our condo was done with exemplary style; the brochure she created made our condo shine, and was a most attractive feature in the selling process. For her Open Houses, she posted her signs very strategically, and it was this feature that ultimately brought in our buyer. Thirdly, Barbara was professional, ethical and committed to giving excellent service and support She treated us with respect. She knew the market and guided us throughout the process. She handled disappointments carefully and smartly, and her optimism kept us engaged and hopeful. Despite being relatively new to the Business we would heartily endorse Barbara to anyone who asks. She is smart, well informed, keen and anxious to do well. We were very impressed and recommend her very highly. Barbara and Eric Holmes
