Barbie was an absolute rockstar! From the moment that we contacted her, she was prompt, professional, and a wealth of knowledge. She was always a step ahead and clearly outlined the process for selling our property. As a military family, we were in a time crunch to sell before our transfer, and Barbie went out of her way to make sure were comfortable and informed the whole time. She had out home listed within a day, and under contract in less than two weeks. Her team was also fantastic! If we ever return to South Florida, she will be the first person we call!!

Barbie is a blessing! We have worked with her for when me and my family needed a rental in a short amount of time, and she was so professional and diligent and found us the best rental for our money. She also just helped us sell my mother in laws house, and there was a lot of hiccups, and she went above and beyond for us and my mother-in-law to make her comfortable and meet all her needs. She is always in contact with us and always available for any of our needs or questions and was always patient. She always kept us updated in every little detail or process. And now we are currently working with her to purchase her a new home. And again, she is making us a priority and making sure we get what we need now that we are in the middle of buying. Barbie is definitely the person you want representing you whether you are buying or renting a property. We were lucky enough to find her during this difficult market when we had all but lost hope of being able to rent in time to vacate our current residence. I used Barbie to help me find a home to rent. In a rental process that is very new to me, I had to put in offers to homes I wanted to rent because of the current housing market. I put in maybe three and on the third offer I somehow aEUR~won despite not being the highest bidder! I would have to give my credit to Barbie for that one!!! The home is amazing, within my budget, and in a super nice neighborhood! She told me about the school nearby and gave me some cool information on the neighborhood I'm about to move in to. She was incredible, very responsive, extremely professional and a beautiful ball of energy! She was just as excited about me getting the house as me.
