ZillowVERIFIED I was selling in East meadow and buying in Stony Brook, I wanted to get it all done in one go. Barbara listed the house in a week, had the open house on the weekend and we got 87 views plus 14 offers. I was able to sell a house and buy a house on the same day. The process was seamless. Thank you Barbara for your hard work, I love where I live. Barbara is incredible at what she does, answers any questions if you need her. She also gave a photo of the old home as a present (it was my grandparents house that I was selling and moving away from, very touching). I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I first encountered Barbara as a listing agent for a property that we viewed, but didnt ultimately buy. We were, however, so impressed by Barbaras presentation, professionalism and effectiveness, that we asked her to represent us in the sale of our (former) homeaEUR|.even though it was in a neighborhood that Barbara didnt usually represent. With that home now sold, I can confidently say that we are ecstatic with our decision to use Barbara and she exceeded our expectations. I would work with her again in a heartbeat and I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a professional broker that truly cares about her clients and her craft. She is amazing and a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara did an outstanding job helping sell our home in 9 days after first placed on the market. She was realistic in an appropriate price for the home based on her expertise of the Garden City market . She also pushed to place the home up for sale a week earlier because of decrease supply on the market presently. Pictures of the home were done professionally and quickly put up on Zillow and MLS. In addition, she and her husband helped with staging of the home -moving furniture, advising on drape removal, etc. Selling a home can be a very stressful process but Barbara lessened the burden with quality advice , work and real estate knowledge. I would highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

Their communication skills are top-notch, consistently clear, timely, and informative, making the complex process of house-hunting much more manageable. The follow-up was equally impressive, showing a genuine interest in my needs and preferences. This level of dedication and professionalism is something I deeply appreciated. ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Barbara and her partner Nancy Giannone to list our home in late April 2022. They really are a dynamic duo! These are two busy agents, but they always made us feel like we were a top priority. They were extrememly responsive and accessible throughout the entire process. They worked swiftly to get our home on the market during a peak time and they worked hard to help us make each and every showing work out! Their knowledge of the market helped us price our home to go quickly and well above our asking price. They helped the process to go as smooth as possible and kept us calm throughout. This duo also worked as buyers agenets in the purchase of our new home, during a frantic sellers market. Their analysis and council was very helpful in making the deal work out and getting us in our new home before the start of the school year. We always felt that they listened to our wants and needs and worked with our best interest at heart!!! It was a true pleasure to work with them. We would highly recommend this team!!

ZillowVERIFIED We were introduced to Barbara through a collegue after a year of failed attempts to purchase a Long Island home in this crazy market. From our first showing, I could tell Barbara was a shark. She asked the listing agent all the right questions and grilled them about any inconsistencies in listing information. Shes straight to the point and does thorough due diligence. For all the houses we considered making offers on, she presented strategies for different scenarios. She never pushed us to make an offer or increase our offer. We really felt that she had our best interest in mind. Barbara was always accessible and relayed messages between all parties clearly and effectively. Barbara recommended excellent mortgage and home inspection professionals with whom we also had great experiences. She kept fighting for us even when we faced unforeseen challenges following contract signing and due diligence. She identified a potential deal breaker but guided us through the process of getting it resolved. We have raved about her to friends and family already. We whole heartedly recommend Barbara. We cannot sing enough praises about her!

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara was a pleasure to work with. She found us our dream home on the second day of looking! She explained to us the competitive market and what we would need to do to be the accepted offer. So much so that they cancelled open houses because of our strong offer. Then there was a tiny snafu with the appraisal and Barbara?s skillful negotiating skills helped us tremendously. She was extremely responsive, we became pen pals via text messages! 10/10 would recommend

ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely amazing! We loved having Barbara as our realtor. She?s friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We called her with any question or problem we had; she made sure to answer and take care of anything we needed. Her realty group offers a program for active military/ veterans which gives you a percentage, of credit, that can go towards your closing costs for the home. Thanks to that, we were able to close on our home without so much worry. Definitely will be recommending her to my friends and family.
